The house is great, we are absolutely thrilled. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, everything has been thought of, everything is available in sufficient quantity. The beds are good and the sofa very comfortable. We felt very at home in the house. Our questions were always answered quickly and courteously. Next year we are coming back, we have already booked.

The holiday apartment is more than fully equipped. Dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. are all available in multiples. There is a television in each of the two bedrooms as well as in the living room. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The location is rural and quiet, despite a busy road. The bakery is just around the corner. It is also easily reachable on foot to Wyk. All in all, a very nice apartment that I would gladly book again.

Enjoy your time there. The wonderful peace in the street. And, if you have a dog like we do, the garden is closed!! You can let your furry friend have fun outside in peace.

The property is a semi-detached house with a fenced (Friesian wall with hedge roses), partially visible plot, in a quiet location in the district of Wrixum. In the garden area, there is a garden house with various garden furniture, seat cushions, an additional refrigerator, a grill, and storage space for bicycles. Since the plot is fenced, it is very suitable for pets. The neighbors are locals and very helpful. Wyk and Oevenum can be reached by bike in a few minutes. A beautiful holiday home, even if the weather is not so good. We had no contact with the landlord, but he seems to be very nice. The rental agency Frädrich is very competent and helpful and takes care of all matters. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, the property is already booked for 2025, during our time period, otherwise, we would have booked it again.
