Location and surroundings of object
Üüs letj Föhr-Hüs" in Wrixum is situated in an idyllic location on the edge of the marshland, close to the centre of WYK and the south beach,
Wrixum borders directly on Wyk. So here too you have short distances to the promenade, to the shops or to the beach. The bakery, farm shop, bicycle rental and restaurants are close by.
You can reach the centre of Wyk on quiet paths by bike in 10 minutes, on foot in 25 minutes. The bus goes to the harbour via the south beach, you walk 5 minutes to the bus stop.
All the main attractions are only 1-2 km away: the harbour, the beach promenade in WYK, the Frisian Museum, the cinema, the wave pool, the south beach with your beach chair and surf school. The 27-hole golf course and tennis courts in Wyk are within easy reach. In Wrixum there is a large, exciting children's playground, even with plenty of space for playing football - and with beach chairs for relaxing
The island's cycling paradise begins on the doorstep; through the marsh meadows on quiet paths to all the Frisian villages and to Wyk. Even small children and inexperienced adults can cycle here.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation Policy The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time before the day of arrival. Notification in text form to the landlord is required. In the event of withdrawal, the landlord is entitled to charge a flat-rate compensation according to the following scale: - Up to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the contract price - 59 to 31 days before arrival: 60% of the contract price - From 30 days before arrival: 100% of the contract price, minus any unused services such as cleaning. In the case of early termination of the stay, 100% of the contract price will be charged. The relevant date, even if the cancellation is announced by telephone, is the date the notification in text form (or registered letter) is received. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance or travel interruption insurance!
