5 minutes to the beach, necessary shops (bakery, butcher, and EDEKA store) around the corner. You can go out to eat in 5 minutes at 2 Italian restaurants, one Chinese restaurant, and a fish restaurant, and there is also a pancake house (very delicious) nearby.
