The apartment is well laid out, but for tall people, the bedroom or bed on the upper floor can only be used for entering and exiting in a bent position. The parking possibilities are good, but tight. If larger cars (station wagons) park in the first parking space, it can be a bit difficult for you to enter, exit, and turn around when all parking spaces are occupied.

The apartment is centrally located but quiet. The beach as well as various shopping opportunities can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The apartment is very well equipped and nicely furnished. The two balconies are great! There is a washing machine in the basement, which is also great.

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, für große Personen ist das Schlafzimmer bzw. das Bett im OG nur in gebückter Haltung zum seitlichen Ein- und Ausstieg nutzbar. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut, aber beengt, wenn auf dem ersten Parkplatz größere Autos (Kombi) parken, ist Dir Ein- und Ausfahrt sowie das wenden, wenn alle Parkplätze belegt sind, etwas schwieriger.

Die Wohnung ist zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Der Strand sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ganz hübsch eingerichtet. Die zwei Balkone sind toll! Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine, was ebenfalls klasse ist.
