As in the entire apartment, there is no need to worry about space problems here. Matching the elegant interior, you will find stylish crockery in the kitchen cupboards. Everything is just right here. It is about a 10-minute walk to the harbour via a path directly by the house. At high tide and in good weather, the North Sea is a great place for a swim; all year round, the subtropical bathing paradise at Center Parc Nordseeküste is recommended.

Tolle Wohnung mit ein paar Mankos
Wer Ruhe auf dem Land sucht, nur umgeben von Wiesen, Feldern, Schafen & Kühen ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hochwertig ausgestattet und prima schallisoliert. Die Betten sind super! Insofern 5 Sterne! Es fehlten nur ein paar Haushalts-Helferlein wie Wäscheständer, Kehrblech, Sieb, Reibe oder Mixer. Ein großes Manko ist die zu tief hängende Toilette, die an eine Kita- Installation erinnert. Für mich mit künstlicher Hüfte, 165 cm und 72 kg noch machbar. Allerdings für Menschen, die größer/ fülliger sind, und/ oder ein orthop. Problem haben, könnte diese Toilette Herausforderung sein. Es fehlen Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten an den Dach- und Wohnzimmerfenstern. Wg der vielen Fliegen durch das Weidevieh wären Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern gut. Der Deich ist über die Straße oder über die Felder tatsächlich 1,5 km entfernt. Leider hat uns die Agentur bei einem Notfall hängen lassen. Uns ist um 18:30 Uhr die Tür ohne Schlüssel in der Hand zugefallen. Die Agentur war nicht bereit, gegen Rechnung mit einem Ersatzschlüssel zu uns zu kommen. Unser Angebot den Schlüssel abzuholen und zurück zu bringen wurde abgelehnt. Wir sollten uns über google einen Schlüsseldienst suchen. Der einzige in 30 km Entfernung konnte wg Coronaerkrankung nicht kommen. Da eine Balkontür auf Kipp stand, hat uns ein klettererfahrener Nachbar das Hotel erspart.

Guten Tag und vielen Dank für Ihre Ausführliche Bewertung. Die Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten wurden nachgerüstet und die gewünschten Utensilien für die Wohnungen besorgt. Sie waren nach der Komplettsanierung die ersten Gäste in der Wohnung und wir nehmen Verbesserungsvorschläge sehr ernst und jederzeit entgegen. Wo ich allerdings nicht bei Ihnen bin, ist die Geschichte mit der zugefallenen Tür. Es war ein Samstagabend im Sommer und auch wir verbringen Zeit mit unseren Familien. Es hätte 2 bis 3 Stunden gedauert, bis jemand bei Ihnen gewesen wäre. Und mal Hand aufs Herz, uns als Agentur den schwazen Peter zuspielen, wenn IHNEN die Tür zufällt? Joaaaa…
Der Service war nicht gut! Kein wlan gehabt, ständig rumtelefoniert und dennoch die genannte Ermäßigung nie erhalten. Zudem kam der Besitzer und feierte in der Wohnung unter uns so laut dass die kleinen immer wieder wach wurden.
obwohl wir die ersten in der Wohnung waren, gab es einige spinnenweben und ne leichte staubschicht auf den Möbeln.
Ansonsten war die Umgebung sehr ruhig, mit Auto war alles gut erreichbar
