our spacious **** holiday flat is on the ground floor. It is ideal for 4 people and has a living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms
In the living room there is a sofa bed, so that another 2 people can sleep. The flat is extensively equipped with a 49" TV with smart TV, stereo (with DAB+, Bluetooth, USB, internet radio), dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, washing machine and dryer (freely accessible, available to both flats). There is enough crockery for 6 people.

Location and surroundings of object
The dyke is only a few metres away, which means that nothing stands in the way of extensive walks in front of, on or behind the dyke. The ferry to Wilhelmshaven or the green and sandy beach of Eckwarderhörne can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. You can explore Butjadingen and its many leisure activities by bicycle
If the weather is bad, the play barn in Burhave or the Aqua Mundo adventure pool in Center Parc Tossens are particularly suitable
Bremerhaven also offers a visit to the Emigration House, the Climate House or the Zoo by the Sea. Fish lovers will find a huge selection of sea creatures in the "Schaufenster".

We provide our WLan free of charge (surfing and email - no streaming). You are welcome to bring your Firestick, Chromecast or similar. The TV is connected to the internet via our 50 Mbit connection.
The flat was freshly renovated in 2018 and equipped with new furniture.

House with a view over the dyke
Everything was fine! It would have been nice if there was a clothesline on site. Maybe there would be the possibility to rent e-bikes there for a fee. Unfortunately, it is too far from Tossens, etc. and you always had to drive by car with children.

Statt der Wäschespinne für drinnen stellen wir einen kostenlosen Trocknen zur Verfügung, für die Tage an denen man die Wäschespinne draußen nicht benutzen kann.
Da wir uns auf die Vermietung unserer Ferienwohnungen fokussiert haben überlassen wir den Fahrradverleih den Profis ;-)
Der Fahrradverleih in Tossens hat einen Bring- und Holservice (ab einer Woche Mietzeit kostenlos). Gerne hätten wir hier geholfen, wenn Sie uns angesprochen hätten.
Für ein wenig Mobilität sorgt auch der Bürgerbus der regelmäßig die Bushaltestelle ca. 50m vom Haus anfährt. Dieser ist für Inhaber der Gästekarte kostenlos.

Alles super
Die Wohnung Strandkorb ist sehr schön.
Geschirr und Besteck auch Gläsern sind in ausreichenden Mengen vorhanden.
Der Pellet Ofen bringt bei schlechtenm Wetter wohlige Wärme.
Für unsere Hunde war der Aufenthalt über Silvester ideal da sie sehr schreckhaft sind und knallerei überhaupt nicht mögen.
Also perfekt.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung-läßt keine Wünsche offen.

A wonderfully relaxing apartment
It couldn't be nicer, lovingly and thoughtfully furnished and equipped.
Bicycle delivery service worked out great.
A real kitchen with everything you need to cook.
And spotlessly clean
what is missing? A white wine cooler for the nice evenings for two (or when the little ones are in bed), but plastic please ;)

Also wir sind im August das 4. Mal innerhalb von einem Jahr dort! Alles picobello sauber. Ich kann die Dame davor nicht verstehen! Immer tiptop und ich bin eine überaus pingelige Frau!

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Urlaub mit Hund
Sehr schöne und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Großer eingezäunter Garten, in dem sich unser Mops sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es. 1. Die Wohnung hätte nach der langen Coronapause gründlicher gereinigt werden müssen. 2. Für einen zwölftägigen Aufenthalt ist ein Duschhandtuch und ein normales Handtuch pro Person zu wenig. Wir haben auf Nachfrage noch einen Satz Handtücher bekommen, aber den Kommentar "Das steht Ihnen eigentlich nicht zu'" hätte man sich sparen können.

Was bei der Reinigung schief lief können wir im Nachhinein leider nicht mehr nachvollziehen. Bisher gab es hier nur gute Bewertungen. Wir werden aber unsere Abläufe unter die Lupe nehmen und nach Verbesserungspotential suchen.
Wir stellen pro Woche ein Wäschepaket zur Verfügung. Zudem stellen wir kostenlos eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner bereit, die gerne genutzt werden dürfen. Allerdings kommt nicht jeder mit dem Humor unserer nordischen Frohnatur klar. ;-)

Erholungsurlaub mit Hund
Sehr schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und schön gelegen mit Blick auf den Deich. Sowohl Mensch, als auch Hund fühlten sich sehr wohl. Der eingezäunte Garten ist Klasse für jeden Hund und die Ausstattung in der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen.
