We had an incredible stay in the water villa in Balk! The spacious layout was perfect for our family of six, and the children loved having their own room. The view from the terrace was fantastic, especially at sunset. We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and spent the afternoons relaxing by the water. The kids had fun at the nearby water park, and we also rented a boat, which was a highlight of the trip. A truly peaceful retreat!

Great villa! Very well equipped with a nice kitchen. The en-suite bathrooms were a big plus for our group. The only thing I would say is that there could be a bit more lighting at night. Overall, a charming getaway!

This place is a gem, Spacious living room, fantastic views and I appreciated the cleanliness, We rented a boat and had a lot of fun on the Slotermeer, I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and spacious accommodation with a lovely outdoor space. The garden was a perfect place for evening relaxation after a day exploring the Frisian Lakes area. The nearby Lutsmond marina was also a great place to visit.

The villa was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The open kitchen was perfect for family dinners, and the living room was cozy. The location close to the historic center of Balk made it easy to enjoy local shops and restaurants.

The villa was quite pleasant, but I wish there were more dining options within walking distance. That said, the location was peaceful and the view was beautiful. The children had a lot of fun at the nearby playground.
