Description
The flat has an area of approx. 50 sqm. It will be offered for rent for the first time after renovation in 2022.
It is located on the property of the owners.
A lot of value was placed on high-quality furnishings so that our guests feel at home.
In addition to a bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and a child's travel bed, a well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer) is part of the furnishings.
The living/dining area is functionally divided. At the extendable dining table our guests can start the day with a cosy breakfast
Breakfast.
On the comfortable leather couch you can end a beautiful holiday day with a glass of wine.
The flat has Smart-TV, DAB -radio and free WLAN (according to terms of use).
The bathroom has a ground-level shower, toilet and hand basin. A hairdryer is available.
The terrace will be finished next year. However, the green area can be used. A table and comfortable

Smoking is not allowed in the flat.
Our guests should have no fear of contact with dogs, cats and chickens. Besides the owners, 2 Labradors and
2 cats live on the property
Since there are also a few free-range chickens, a delicious breakfast egg is provided if needed.
The flat has underfloor heating. It is offered including electricity, water and heating and excluding final cleaning and a one-time laundry package
offered.
The flat costs 80 euros per night plus final cleaning and laundry package.

The district of Ladebow is located on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Greifswald near the Bodden. It has about 600 inhabitants and borders on the district of Wieck,
which is well known for its sights, such as the historic wooden bascule bridge, the restored windmill, the sail training ship Greif, fishing boats, delicious fish sandwiches and various restaurants.
The dyke and the seaport are about 400 m away on foot.

Great holiday accommodation
Super beautiful apartment, tasteful decor, perfect equipment, very quiet location.
The description of the apartment is 100 percent accurate. The location on the edge of a field provides a wide view and a peaceful stay.
The apartment is conveniently located, both Rügen and Usedom are easy to reach. It is not far to the beautiful city of Greifswald and the Bodden is only a few minutes' walk away.
The landlords are very committed, extremely friendly and accommodating.
This accommodation is really highly recommended.

A relaxing week at the Baltic Sea
The holiday apartment of the Röthing family is great. Bright, friendly and modernly furnished. Whether living room, bedroom, bathroom or kitchen, everything is very clean and in new condition. And everything is available that you need for daily survival. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation. Greifswald/Ladebow is centrally located, the beautiful little harbor of Wieck can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. It is also not far to Stralsund, Rügen or Usedom. We felt very comfortable here, also thanks to the super nice and friendly landlords. And we also had a lot of fun with Emmi and Tommi, the two lovely dogs of the family. We can 100% recommend the holiday apartment and give a big thumbs up. Many greetings from Silke and Falko.

Sunny week in Greifswald.

Summer holiday at the Greifswald Bodden
We spent two very relaxing weeks in this beautiful apartment on the Bodden. It is very quietly located and furnished with new, high-quality furniture. The layout was perfect for us. We felt very comfortable here. The landlords are very nice and helpful. If rooster and chicken, cat and dog do not bother you, you are very well accommodated here in Ladebow (district of Greifswald). For trips to the island of Usedom, Anklam, Warnemünde, Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn, etc., the apartment is very central but quiet. The museum harbour of Greifswald is only 4 km away. We will be very happy to rent here again the next time we spend our holiday in the area.
