The holiday home
The property is approx. 400 sqm with a car parking space and is approx. 50m from the beach. In the bungalow there is a small kitchen with pantry (2 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment and pot cupboard) and 2 small cupboards for cutlery, storage boxes, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, as well as a hanging cupboard for dishes
The bathroom has a sink and toilet and is separated from the shower by a small passage.
The living room is equipped with sofa bed, coffee table, 2 cupboards with glasses, games and small items, as well as radio and TV
In the bedroom there is a double bed (140 x 200) and 2 small wardrobes.
Outside the bungalow, a covered terrace with table and chairs and an open terrace with table and chairs and a small barbecue area invite you to sunbathe and relax

The bungalow is located near the campsite, about 50m from the beach. The sandy natural beach between Greifswald and Lubmin and the coastal forest in the direction of Ludwigsburg invite you to go hiking. In addition, the beach is ideal for sunbathing, for children, for windsurfing and for kitesurfing, as the huge shallow water area also offers the best opportunities for beginners. On a clear day, there is an impressive view of the southern coast of the island of Rügen.
Excursion destinations are the towns:
Greifswald with its old town and museum harbour, university, cathedral, Eldena monastery ruins, Wieker drawbridge and windmill Stralsund with its historic old town and maritime museum, OZEANEUM and steamboat trips to Hiddensee.
The island of Usedom with the imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and their piers, the space museum and Phenomenta in Peenemünde, butterfly farm and many other sights can be easily reached by car via Wolgast (approx. 20 km away).
The island of Rügen with Cape Arkona, chalk cliffs, Granitz hunting lodge, Putbus castle park and the seaside resorts of Binz, Prora, Sellin and Göhren can also be reached quickly by car via the Rügen Bridge.
Arrival: From the motorway in the direction of Hamburg and Berlin (Greifswald junction) it is about 30 km.

I'll be back!!
I had a super great week in the bungalow in Loissin. All the rooms are functionally furnished and the covered terrace ideally extends the space available. In addition, I already had a beautiful view of the lushly flowering garden at the breakfast table. The Bodden invited you to cool off and there were enough beach sections that did not make it difficult to get in because of stones. The gastronomy in the immediate vicinity and also the mini-market from the neighbouring campsite left nothing to be desired. I would love to come back and am already looking forward to it.

Gartenlaube in Loissin
Wir sind zu zweit mit voller Begeisterung nach Loissin zu Familie Kohnke gefahren. Als wir dort ankamen, erhielten wir den ersten Schreck. Das Bungalow (Gartenlaube) ist sehr klein und beengt. Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht viel größer als das darin stehende Bett. Im Wohnbereich steht ein altes muffiges Sofa, wonach die gesamte Gartenlaube riecht. Trotz alle dem, war die Laube sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Außenbereich lässt stark zu wünschen übrig.
Der Bodden ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, jedoch sehr steinig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leider nicht in der Nähe, sondern müssen mit dem Auto erreicht werden.

Bungalow 118810
We stayed with the Kohnke family for 9 days. We were impressed by the very friendly reception. Everything was available to relax. Short way to the Bodden. The Kohnke family also provided us with fresh vegetables. We say thank you and will be back next year. We really enjoyed it.

Seven stars it should be
We were four people for two nights with Mr. and Mrs. Kuhnke and we are still delighted!
Mrs. Kuhnke surprised us, for example, with freshly picked strawberries from the beautiful garden, which were waiting for us on our table in the morning, and she really took care of us charmingly.
With the cozy feeling in the bungalow, on the porch swing or under the sunshade, we went happily to the Baltic Sea beach, which is only a stone's throw away.
Back in the bungalow, we were able to cook easily in the well-equipped kitchen and take a nice warm shower with the window open. The equipment is simple but completely sufficient.
Thank you very much and "happy to come again".
