Location and surroundings of object

Fort soleil de Kamschelp is located in the Zeebad holiday park of Landal, west of Breskens in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.
This part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen has beautiful walking and cycling routes and lovely sandy beaches, cozy terraces and shops.

The holiday home is 0.8 km from the dunes and beautiful wide beaches. The park offers plenty of peace and space and is located directly behind the Westerschelde dunes in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The park has several playgrounds, an indoor swimming pool with slide and rapids (for a fee), a restaurant with take-out options, bicycle rental, and a laundrette.
Along the nearby dunes and beaches on the Westerschelde you can enjoy cycling, walking, and taking a break in one of the many beach pavilions.

At only 0.2 km from the holiday home lies the nature reserve De Waterdunen, where you can take peaceful walks. At a cycling distance of 4 km lies Groede Podium, where bunkers from the Second World War can be visited, and there are playground equipment and a petting zoo.

There is much to experience in the area. Such as visiting Breskens, Sluis, Groede, Cadzand, and Terneuzen. Just across the border with Belgium are the historic cities of Bruges, Ghent, and the luxurious Knokke.

Many small Burgundian restaurants are located a short distance from Fort Soleil. The beautiful beaches of Cadzand and Nieuwvliet are also worth a visit.

This holiday home is a good base for a trip to the Boudewijnpark amusement park in Bruges and Plopsaland in De Panne or for a visit to the Deltapark Neeltje Jans.

With the foot and bicycle ferry from Breskens, it is a lovely crossing to Vlissingen and Middelburg.

Furthermore, there is a beautiful view of the shipping traffic to Vlissingen, Terneuzen and Antwerp, and you can also spot seals.

A nice vacation in a great house

We had a nice vacation and can highly recommend the house (semi-detached house). The house, furnishings, and garden were great. Everything worked, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. It was very quiet, and the landlords were nice and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Dream holiday home

Arrived at this cozy, charming holiday home. One feels at ease right away. The living room perfectly matched my color taste. The kitchen was equipped with everything: porcelain, glasses, dishes, all in great quantity. The cleanliness was unparalleled. Comfortable beds provided a pleasant sleep. A beautiful, secluded garden, ideal for dogs. The very nice communication with the lovely landlords is especially noteworthy! I would recommend this house at any time. Suitable for young and old.

The hosts are very trustworthy and helpful. They respond very kindly to questions and assist. The house is great. We had everything needed for everyday life. There were also games for children available. The house is very cozy and stylishly furnished. The terrace and garden offer a lot of privacy. Everything was very clean and we felt very comfortable. The house is located in a vacation home area. Very clean and quiet place. The beach is nearby. The host, house, and location are simply excellent. Highly recommended. I hope there will be a next time.

Very nice holiday home and great hosts.

A very beautiful holiday home.
We felt very, very comfortable, like at home, so lovingly furnished, and there was nothing missing.
The beds were already made, so we could relax directly after the very long, traffic-filled drive.

Beautiful family vacation

We had a few very nice days in John and Marcia's vacation home. It is very lovingly and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped with sufficient dishes and all necessary cooking utensils, even children's dishes were thought of. A beautiful and cozy designed terrace with a garden that offers a lot of privacy. The bedrooms and the bathroom offer enough space and everything was very clean. John and Marcia make a great effort for good communication, and you feel very welcome in their home. A small point of criticism for us was the very squeaky bed in the master bedroom, but that can certainly be fixed.
We would love to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay in this holiday home and a nice email exchange with the landlord (thank you). We found the house to be in a very clean and well-maintained condition, and there were some sweets and drinks to greet us. Very beautiful house

The house and the surroundings have everything to enjoy a nice holiday! Cycling to Cadzand, enjoying chocolate in Bruges (World Heritage), or shopping in Sluis, everything is possible. Unfortunately, we were only there for a week, but we felt very comfortable in the house. Cooking was also fun as everything was clean and available. The covered terrace provided us shelter from the rain, so we could always eat outside. The beach is quickly accessible and beautiful with the lighthouse. Breakfast rolls can also be obtained on foot (there's free coffee at Jumbo, which sweetens the walk). Recommended?

The accommodation was very clean and tidy upon arrival.
Beautiful furnishings and everything you need is available.
For dog owners, this is the perfect house, as it also has a garden.

We felt comfortable.

We have been going to South Holland for over 10 years and rented holiday homes in holiday parks there. After the last experiences, we reoriented ourselves and booked this well-rated house.
Details: Everything we need for the household was available and in good quality. The sleeping areas are sufficiently large so that you don't bump directly against a wall. Overall, a pleasant size and the location to the beach and also to the town of Breskens is great. And something we value: Everything is clean and well-maintained. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our stay.

We were very satisfied with our little vacation. The accommodation is great. It offers everything the heart desires and is very clean and tidy. Dogs and children are very welcome there.
