Our house is located on a sunny hillside with an unobstructed view of the Zillertal mountains. The apartments are all new and furnished with lots of wood (parquet floors, wooden roof trusses, solid wood furniture). Each apartment has 2 bedrooms with SAT/TV, one or two bathrooms, a living kitchen with sofa, kitchenette, dining area, SAT/TV, and a balcony or terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove with oven and ceramic hob, etc.! Internet connection - Wi-Fi is available in every apartment. The ski bus stop is located behind the house and goes to the local ski area Zillertal Arena. Bread roll service is offered daily. Ski cellar with ski boot dryer and ample parking (partly covered) available. Small garden with sun loungers, table tennis table.

Zellberg is one of the surrounding municipalities of Zell am Ziller. You can reach the Rosenalmbahn - Zillertal Arena in 5 minutes by free ski bus or by your car. Our house is very centrally located, and the ski areas Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal and Mayrhofen-Penken are just 10 minutes away by car. Good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.

Really nice and very friendly landlord, -great view from the vacation rental.
We revisited the Zillertal after a long time! This vacation rental is a dream - very nice landlords, always helpful and accommodating, and the view from the vacation rental is super beautiful. The area in Zell is just wonderful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We always like to come back!
