Description

Mountain farm at 1300 m above sea level, 4.5 km above the village of Afritz am See. Dogs are also welcome. Numerous renowned lakes and mountains in the immediate vicinity. Free admission to the lido Afritz!
The mini-apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. It consists of a combined living/bedroom with bathroom. The living/bedroom is furnished with a double bed, couch (foldable), dining table and kitchenette. The flat is fully equipped with refrigerator, 4 plate cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, table and bed linen and towels. A washing machine is also freely accessible and can be used at any time, as well as the Wi-Fi network.

Location and surroundings of object

Our farm is located in 1300 m Seehhöhe km above the Afritzer. The house is surrounded by meadows and forests, and promises plenty of rest and relaxation. Afritz is located near the middle of Carinthia's Nock. It is a country town with a beautiful lake, which offers plenty of nature and tranquility.

Pure tranquility in dreamlike nature

My little dog and I felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the peace.
The holiday apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything one might need. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for that!

Any time again!

The Stramer family is very nice, the mini apartment was top - clean, everything there in terms of appliances and furniture, comfortable bed, and all dog-friendly. Pure peace and pure relaxation.

Holiday with dog

The flat is small but very well equipped and clean. The Stramer family was very nice.
Our dog was also great, we went on great outings with him.
The way to the house is a real adventure if you don't meet mountain roads every day. :)
It was our first time at Almhof Stramer, but we are already planning to spend our next year's holiday there as well.

First vacation apartment - perfect for two people

My friend and I rented the small vacation apartment and we were completely satisfied.
Combined with the Kärnten Card, this apartment is a super affordable way to have a great and adventurous vacation without having to dig deep into your pocket.

We were particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen and the great bathtub. Additionally, the apartment was very clean and Mrs. Stramer was always there to help us out.

We will definitely come back.

Cosy mini holiday flat

Room exactly as shown. Super friendly and nice landlords. Our holiday with dog could not have been more relaxed. If you have a well-behaved dog, a leash is not necessary at all. A hiking trail starts directly from the flat. The way to the village is partly adventurous ( if you suffer from fear of heights ;) ) but beautiful. By car 10 minutes. On foot it should take 1 hour, but probably calculated downhill. In the village good shopping facilities and also a bakery with the possibility to eat there.
By car it is easy to get to the Ossiacher See (10 min.) and Wörther See (20 min.) Many hiking possibilities in the immediate surroundings, but you should get good maps, as the paths are partly badly or incomprehensibly signposted. We will definitely go there again for a holiday!

Holiday at the Almhof

If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. One can hear birds, chickens, and bees humming, and crickets chirping... nothing else. It is pure balm for the soul. Daily fresh organic milk and, if the chickens cooperate, fresh eggs are the icing on the cake for breakfast by appointment. The view of the Alpine peaks is amazing, and when the clouds drift directly around the house, you are completely in heaven's embrace. The way there is definitely a challenge, but one that can be overcome, and the destination fully rewards. The scent of fresh hay still lingers in the air. For swimming, one should not hesitate to visit the Faaker See. . . . it's more worthwhile than at the Afritzer See, but that one is also okay for a quick refreshment. That's how vacations should be.

The mini holiday apartment is very cozy, clean, and very practical. We didn't miss anything. On Christmas, we were even pampered with a large plate of cookies. Great! We felt very comfortable and can unreservedly recommend the accommodation. Those who want to hike should bring/obtain good map material.
