A newly renovated cottage with a perfect location in the lovely Pukavik. Close to the sea, you can sit on the large glazed terrace and enjoy the surroundings. The house has a living room with TV and stove as well as a kitchen with a dining area outside. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and in the other a bunk bed. Good to know is that there is no door to close in to the bedroom with the bunk bed but the possibility to draw with a curtain and that these beds reach slightly shorter than standard. The cottage has a large bathroom with shower as well as washer and dryer. Around the cottage you have a large lovely lawn. Just a short walk from the house is a campsite that has a swimming area, but there are also many other nice swimming areas nearby in, for example, Norje and Norjeboke. For those who want to take a dip near the house, just walk straight down to the sea a few hundred meters! The cottage is located right near the so-called Listerlandet, a peninsula that juts out between Blekinge and Skåne. In this area there is a lot to feel and experience. A perfect peninsula for those who like to stroll in village centers, walk along the beach, pause in the harbor and take a dip. There are several cozy coastal villages such as Hörvik, Nogersund and Hällevik with most nice cafes, restaurants and fish smokehouses. In this area you will also find several nice beaches. In the other direction is Mörrum with Laxens hus and fishing opportunities (fishing license) and in Karlshamn there is a wonderful place for the curious called Kreativum. If you want to go out in the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing trips that start from several places. The nearest town is Sölvesborg. In Sölvesborg, nature is always close, regardless of whether you just want to be or get active. Here it is actually not far to anything that is nice. Most are located within a pleasant walking distance or a bike ride away. Here is the nature reserve Ryssberget, where one of Sweden's largest beech forests grows and here also Blekingeleden starts. Other nice summer towns to visit that are close are Ronneby and Kristianstad where you can shop, eat well and stroll around. The area is full of great excursion destinations! Welcome to this nice cottage with closeness to most things!
