Here in this 76 m2 spacious and cozy cottage, including a large annex, you will find 4 separate bedrooms that can provide a wonderful setting for your next vacation. The heart of the house is the kitchen/living room, which, with its large windows, offers a view of the garden. From the kitchen/living room, there is direct access to the large, covered terrace. The cottage is designed so that the 4 bedrooms are separated, with 2 in the cottage itself and 2 in the annex. All bedrooms are also separated by a bathroom. Access to the annex is easy and effortless, as it has direct access from the covered terrace. If you feel like sleeping outside and gazing at the stars, there is also a shelter available in the garden. Add to that the opportunity for outdoor living with the large grounds with a large lawn/fire pit and swing for the children. With the short distance to the beach, don't forget to take a dip in the blue waves. The water in Flovt is known for being child-friendly, and with the almost endless white sandy beach, you can take many long walks along the water's edge. Also, remember to take a trip to the islands of Aarø or Barsø, for example. On Aarø, you will find a vineyard and a brewery. Please note that the bunk beds are 80X200 cm. Please note that the washing machine is a smaller model, so you may need to divide your laundry into two loads. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
