Upon arrival, the owners, who were currently mowing the lawn, informed us that the house had not yet been cleaned and that they had already called the service office. At 4 PM, we then entered the house; the bedding from the previous tenant was on the floor in the rooms, the beds were not made, and there were still remnants from the previous tenant on the nightstands and other cabinets. At 4:30 PM, the service people finally arrived and began cleaning the house, which took about... It took 15 minutes, despite the indications about the stuck remnants, these were still present after the service staff left.
