Find a retreat for relaxing days by the sea in the "Wieckinger". The house offer you in the flat "Unter der Eibe" all the comfort you need for 2-6 people to enjoy carefree holidays. In the small separate flat for 2 people under the roof, you can enjoy the sunset over the treetops on the large balcony. In the house "Wieckinger" there is room for the whole family (up to 8, with extra bed max. 10 persons) and still enough retreat when the grandparents need some peace and quiet.
The large flat on the ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining and living room combined, a reading corner, a children's room (upstairs) and two bathrooms (bathroom with walk-in shower and separate guest WC)
Outside, you have a wrap-around terrace at your disposal. Sit in the sun on the south side for breakfast and enjoy the evening sun in the cosy lounge corner to the west. The cosy, small separate flat, which can be accessed via an external staircase, has a large south-facing roof terrace at its disposal. Here you have sun all day and can put your feet up in the lounge corner
Parking spaces are of course available at the house (with e-charging point)
We have furnished the house as personally as we like to live ourselves. Hopefully you will also feel at home with us.
For August 2022, we only have the flat "Über den Baumwipfeln" for 2 persons available.

In the middle of Fischland-Darß-Zingst, between the sea and the Bodden, between the Darß forest and the reed thicket, lies the small Baltic pearl of Wieck.
We are happy to welcome you here.
Here you will find the unspoilt western beach, the natural beach, which is unparalleled. Pearl-white sandy beaches, the unspoilt Bodden, national park, landscape conservation area. If you like to spend your time quietly in nature, you've come to the right place.

Cancellation terms:
- Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich für die Berechnung der anfallenden Gebühren ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Die Rücktrittsgebühr beträgt bei Eingang einer Absage bis zum 31. Tag vor Reiseantritt 10 %, bis zum 21. Tag vor Reiseantritt 30 %, bis zum 11. Tag vor Reiseantritt 60 %, bis zum Anreisetag 80 % des Mietpreises. Bei späterem Rücktritt und bei Nichtantritt der Reise wird der gesamte Reisepreis berechnet. Bei späterer Anreise bzw. früherer Abreise hat der Mieter keinen Anspruch auf Erstattung von Teilen des Mietpreises. Es bleibt dem Mieter unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder dem Nichtantritt der Reise keine oder geringere Kosten entstanden sind, als die vom Vermieter in der Pauschale ausgewiesenen Kosten.
