Great holiday with dog, children, and right by Lake Garda.
First of all, we would like to sincerely thank Guido for the friendly support before and during the vacation.
The complex with a pool only for residents is located quietly in a small cul-de-sac.
The apartment is nice and fully furnished/equipped, including air conditioning.
The largest of the three balconies, with a view of the pool, is wonderfully suited for breakfast, and
there is enough space in the apartment for 2 adults, plus two children and a dog.
The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest bakery and shopping options are nearby. Very pleasant in high temperatures is the underground garage with parking space for the car.
All in all, nice days at Lake Garda with very friendly support from Guido.

Vacation with Dog
It was a very beautiful vacation apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was clean.
The property was very well maintained and also quiet (cul-de-sac).
The dog beach, shopping facilities, and bike rental were not far away.
Our stay was super nice and Guido is a very kind and helpful vacation apartment manager.

Vacation apartment with a feel-good guarantee!!
Super well-kept and top-equipped holiday apartment, high-quality furniture, super mattresses, and everything needed is available. An extra plus is the parking space in the underground garage.
We felt great for a week, the pool in the complex is very well maintained and you can spend your time there and just relax, the location of the holiday apartment is ideal, 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants, ice cream cafes, and pizzerias are within walking distance. We definitely recommend the vacation apartment and wish everyone who gets to stay there a fantastic holiday.
Thanks also to the manager of the vacation apartment, who takes great care of the guests; Guido helps me with advice and assistance and speaks perfect German.
We will come back.

Great holiday apartment
Beautifully located and above all clean holiday apartment with a great amenities. The underground garage was worth its weight in gold during the hot temperatures. You only had to go down the stairs to reach the fenced pool. Guido welcomed and said goodbye to us very nicely. The dog beach is about an 8-minute walk away, and generally, the lake is maybe 5 minutes away. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also nearby. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the town center of Peschiera de Garda along the lake. We definitely recommend the apartment. A great combination with a dog and child.

Beautiful facility
We spent 1 week with 2 people and 1 dog in the holiday apartment. The apartment is well equipped and very clean and tidy. The garden area including the pool is also clean and quiet, you can reach Lake Garda and the dog beach in 5 - 8 minutes on foot. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs.
