The holiday apartment is suitable for 4 people, is located on the upper floor in a quietly situated holiday complex consisting of a total of 12 units, and is only 150 meters from the lake beach.
FeWo PE-06 is only a few minutes by car from the center of Peschiera. There you will find supermarkets, bakeries, banks, the post office, hair salons, and numerous restaurants. There are also home services for pizzas.

Great accommodation with a good location
The apartment is very well equipped. We lacked nothing. The location for the surrounding cities is also great. We especially liked the dog beach that is not far from the apartment. If we go to Peschiera again, I would book this accommodation immediately. The landlord is super nice and very accommodating. Communication was excellent even before the trip.

Beautiful vacation apartment
Great holiday apartment near the lake.
Very well suited for a quiet family vacation with a dog.
The pool right in front of the apartment in the communal garden is perfect.
Guido is a great host. Always had an open ear for our questions/concerns.

A super successful vacation!
We are a family of four with a dog and were very satisfied with the vacation apartment; everything you need was there.
Especially the air conditioning was worth its weight in gold!
The location of the vacation apartment is also ideal.
The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and the dog beach is the same.
Restaurants and shopping options are also plentiful.
The dog beach is highly recommended as well.
Yes, you have to pay for the loungers and umbrellas, but it's worth it. A very special thanks goes to dear Guido, who took great care of us and was always there to help whenever there was a small problem or a few questions.
In summary, we can highly recommend the vacation apartment.

Great holiday with dog, children, and right by Lake Garda.
First of all, we would like to sincerely thank Guido for the friendly support before and during the vacation.
The complex with a pool only for residents is located quietly in a small cul-de-sac.
The apartment is nice and fully furnished/equipped, including air conditioning.
The largest of the three balconies, with a view of the pool, is wonderfully suited for breakfast, and
there is enough space in the apartment for 2 adults, plus two children and a dog.
The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest bakery and shopping options are nearby. Very pleasant in high temperatures is the underground garage with parking space for the car.
All in all, nice days at Lake Garda with very friendly support from Guido.

Vacation with Dog
It was a very beautiful vacation apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was clean.
The property was very well maintained and also quiet (cul-de-sac).
The dog beach, shopping facilities, and bike rental were not far away.
Our stay was super nice and Guido is a very kind and helpful vacation apartment manager.

Sehr gut geeignet für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub mit Hund.
Perfekt ist der Pool direkt vor der Wohnung im Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Guido ist ein toller Gastgeber. Hat immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen/ Anliegen gehabt.
Sehr gute Kommunikation.
Besonders die Klimaanlage war Gold wert !
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist auch ideal.
Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, zum Hundestrand ebenso.
Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenso reichlich vorhanden.
Der Hundestrand ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.
Ja man muss die Liegen und Schirme bezahlen, aber das ist es wert.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt dem lieben Guido, der sich sehr engagiert um uns gekümmert hat und stets zu Hilfe kam, wenn es mal ein kleines Problem oder ein paar Fragen gab.
Zusammengefasst können wir die Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Anlage mit Pool nur für die Bewohner, liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Sackgasse.
Die Wohnung ist schön und komplett eingerichtet/ausgestattet inkl. Klimaanlage.
Der größte der drei Balkone, mit Blick auf den Pool, bietet sich wunderbar zum Frühstücken an und
für 2 Erwachsene, plus zwei Kinder und Hund ist in der Wohnung genügend Platz.
Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten zu Fuß. Der nächste Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Sehr angenehm bei hohen Temperaturen, ist die Tiefgarage mit Stellplatz für den PKW.
Alles in allem schöne Tage am Gardasee mit einer sehr freundlichen Betreuung durch Guido.

Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und auch ruhig (Sackgasse).
Der Hundestrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradverleih waren nicht weit entfernt.
Unserer Aufenthalt war super schön und Guido ist ein total lieber und hilfsbereiter Ferienwohnungsverwalter.
Wir haben uns eine Woche lange Superwohl gefühlt ,der Pool in der Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und man kann sich dort super die Zeit vertreiben und einfach die Seele baumeln lassen ,die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal, 5 Minuten bis zum Strand,Restaurants, Eiscafes & Pizzeria sind fussläufig zu erreichen.
Wir Empfehlen die Fewo definitiv weiter und wünschen jedem der dort verweilen darf einen fantastischen Urlaub.
Dank geht auch an den Verwalter der Fewo. der sich Rührend um die Gäste kümmert, Guido hilft mir Rat und Tat und spricht perfekt Deutsch
