THE LAKE GARDEN
Between the Alps and the Po Valley, about 65 m above sea level, Lake Garda is located in the Trentino-Alto Adige region to the north, in Lombardy to the west and in Veneto to the east. Thus, the three provinces of Trentino (north), Verona (east) and Brescia (west) share the administration.
OBJECT DESCRIPTION
The holiday apartment (approx. 60 m²) is situated in the immediate vicinity of the beach (as the crow flies approx. 30 metres, not a minute's walk away) and opposite the famous dog beach "Braccobaldo Beach".
This finely furnished apartment is located on the mezzanine floor in a detached holiday house - consisting of a total of only 6 apartment units - directly on the lakeshore.
It consists of a living room with sofa bed and SAT-TV, a kitchen, two bedrooms (1x with double bed and 1x with double bed + bunk bed), a bathroom with shower and WC. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.
Outside there is a terrace, a communal garden, and a parking space. The property is completely fenced.
A stay in this holiday home is highly recommended for families.
The nearest shopping facilities are about 600 mt away, the nearest restaurant directly on the lake shore about 400 mt away.
The apartment is furthermore furnished with great care - see under "TOTAL EQUIPMENT" - and is only a few minutes walk from the center of PESCHIERA DEL GARDA.

Anytime again!
We stayed in this beautiful and completely equipped vacation rental for two weeks in early August 2023 with 2 adults, 2 children, and a dog. We had a very nice stay and felt very well-rested.
From booking the vacation to handling the payment arrangements, the warm welcome on site, and the farewell by the very friendly Guido, we can only praise!
The location right by the water with private access to the dog beach was perfect. The fenced property is very good for dog owners. And not to forget, the magnificent view of the lake!
We will definitely come back and will definitely recommend this vacation rental with its extremely nice host. Thank you, Guido!

Family vacation
We spent 2 weeks in the vacation apartment.
Everything you need is available. Except an oven would be nice.
Unfortunately, we had a very strong thunderstorm with hail in the second night and the car was damaged.
Guido, the landlord, was there at ANY time and helped us a lot, whether it was getting a tarp so we could at least be mobile, or finding a workshop.
I have never experienced such helpfulness before!!! 5 stars are simply not enough for that.

The vacation apartment is right at the dog beach, so it's perfect for dogs. And the view from the balcony is a dream. The property is completely fenced, so our dog could run without a leash sometimes.
In the evening/night, it is very quiet, which was very pleasant.
We will definitely come back!

Great holiday apartment!
We (4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog) spent a week in this beautiful holiday apartment. The view from the terrace is simply beautiful and the location right on the water is perfect. There is a path along the lake to Peschiera. Restaurants and grocery stores can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
The apartment is clean and equipped with almost everything you need. An oven and possibly a travel cot for children would have been nice. But even without these two things, the apartment is simply great. The fly screens on every window are also perfect. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is particularly suitable for holidaymakers with dogs, as the dog beach is right outside the door. But even without a dog, it's fun to watch the four-legged friends splash around. The exceptionally warm welcome by Guido is particularly noteworthy, you feel immediately welcome. Guido is always there with help and advice for his guests. You don't often find such lovely hosts. We will definitely come back!!!

Eine sehr komfortable und schoene Ferienwohnung in bester Lage direkt am See, mit wunderschoenem Blick auf den See und direktem Zugang zum Strand.
Restaurants und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar (verbunden mit einem schoenen Spaziergang am See entlang). Eine schoene Uferpromenade fuehrt sogar bis ins Zentrum von Peschiera (ca. 40 min. zu Fuss).
Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr umsichtige, freundliche und sympathische Betreuung durch den Vermieter, Herrn Guido. Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal, Guido, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt und den Urlaub gruendlich genossen– wir kommen wieder! : )

Top Urlaub, top Vermieter/Vermittler
Unkomplizierter Ablauf, sehr schöne Wohnung in einer top Lage mit mega Aussicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Und der Vermieter/Vermittler ist so herzlich, so hilfsbereit und so nett, sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt und wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern bzw. Wohnungen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am See
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Sie hat tatsächlich eine perfekte Lage, denn näher am See kann man nicht wohnen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar Liegestühle, die man mit an den Strand nehmen kann. Den Balkon empfanden wir größer, als er auf dem Foto wirkt und mit der tollen Aussicht auf den See, genießt man es dort zu sitzen. Im Ort gibt es einige Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Nach Peschiera geht man zu Fuß ca. 40 Minuten immer am Seeufer entlang. Guido ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter, der viel Wert darauf legt, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen :)

Super Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft.
Der Vermieter Guido ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Auch für den Hund ein toller Urlaub, da der Hundestrand direkt vor der Anlage liegt. Die Promenade eignet sich perfekt für langen Spaziergängen.
Für Familien mit Hund ein super Urlaub.

Der Hundestrand Bracco Baldo ist direkt vor der Anlage. Gebühren für Liegen.
Unser Hund und wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants in der Umgebung mit Hund, kein Problem. Alle waren immer sehr freundlich.

Spitzen Ferienwohnung direkt am Hundestrand
Wir waren im Juli in der Ferienwohnung mit 2 Kindern und einem Hund. Die Wohnung ist schön ausgestattet und hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt oberhalb des Hundestrandes mit traumhaften Ausblick über den See. Die Terrasse wirkt am Foto kleiner als sie tatsächlich ist. Der Vermieter (Guido) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung ist definitiv jeden Euro wert. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub mit Hund und kommen bestimmt wieder einmal. LG Lisa

Great holiday flat directly on the beach
A super holiday flat right on the beach. Ideal for families with up to three children. The location is ideal in our opinion: directly on the beach with direct access; breakfast on the terrace with lake view; shopping facilities (Lidl supermarket, DM etc...) and restaurants within easy walking distance, also the town centre of Peschiera can be reached on foot via the promenade (approx. 3-4 km). Excursions to other places on the lake (e.g. Lazise, Bardolino, Salo or also the north such as Limone or Malcesine with Monte Baldo) are also no problem. You should take the car or a water taxi/boat and plan a little more time.
Bringing our dog was also no problem.
The landlord is very nice and obliging and immediately there when you need him (thank you, Guido :) ).
We can recommend the flat without hesitation and will be happy to come back.
