Dreamlike, also worth 10 stars.

We were at Guido's place at Lake Garda for the 2nd time and it was absolutely fantastic again. The apartment is ideal for dogs, you can swim with your dog in Lake Garda before breakfast or take a walk on the promenade, and Guido was immediately available in case of problems (WLAN not working). His recommendations for dining or excursions are great. The apartment is clean, very well equipped, and has a great view of Lake Garda. In addition, there is a fenced plot with parking spaces. We will come back next year in July. A big thank you again to you dear Guido, see you next year.

Fantastic!

Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday we - 2 adults and 1 dog - were able to experience in this vacation apartment. The apartment is very clean and we can recommend it without reservation.

But especially the proximity to the dog beach, the promenade, and the accessibility of the surrounding towns are highly recommended.

The welcome by Guido is very warm and the recommendations for excursions and restaurants are great.

We spent a few great days in Peschiera. Very nice vacation apartment, the view of the lake is breathtaking. The dog beach is great! Excellent care by Guido, he was always available for questions.

Anytime again!

We stayed in this beautiful and completely equipped vacation rental for two weeks in early August 2023 with 2 adults, 2 children, and a dog. We had a very nice stay and felt very well-rested.
From booking the vacation to handling the payment arrangements, the warm welcome on site, and the farewell by the very friendly Guido, we can only praise!
The location right by the water with private access to the dog beach was perfect. The fenced property is very good for dog owners. And not to forget, the magnificent view of the lake!
We will definitely come back and will definitely recommend this vacation rental with its extremely nice host. Thank you, Guido!

Family vacation

We spent 2 weeks in the vacation apartment.
Everything you need is available. Except an oven would be nice.
Unfortunately, we had a very strong thunderstorm with hail in the second night and the car was damaged.
Guido, the landlord, was there at ANY time and helped us a lot, whether it was getting a tarp so we could at least be mobile, or finding a workshop.
I have never experienced such helpfulness before!!! 5 stars are simply not enough for that.

The vacation apartment is right at the dog beach, so it's perfect for dogs. And the view from the balcony is a dream. The property is completely fenced, so our dog could run without a leash sometimes.
In the evening/night, it is very quiet, which was very pleasant.
We will definitely come back!

Great holiday apartment!

We (4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog) spent a week in this beautiful holiday apartment. The view from the terrace is simply beautiful and the location right on the water is perfect. There is a path along the lake to Peschiera. Restaurants and grocery stores can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
The apartment is clean and equipped with almost everything you need. An oven and possibly a travel cot for children would have been nice. But even without these two things, the apartment is simply great. The fly screens on every window are also perfect. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is particularly suitable for holidaymakers with dogs, as the dog beach is right outside the door. But even without a dog, it's fun to watch the four-legged friends splash around. The exceptionally warm welcome by Guido is particularly noteworthy, you feel immediately welcome. Guido is always there with help and advice for his guests. You don't often find such lovely hosts. We will definitely come back!!!

A very comfortable and beautiful holiday apartment in a prime location directly at the lake, with a wonderful view of the lake and direct access to the beach. Restaurants and shopping options are within walking distance (connected by a lovely walk along the lake). A beautiful lakeside promenade even leads into the center of Peschiera (approx. 40 min. on foot). The apartment is excellently equipped, nothing is really missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very thoughtful, friendly, and likeable support from the landlord, Mr. Guido. Thank you very much again, Guido, we felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the vacation – we will be coming back! :)

Simple process, very nice apartment in a top location with a great view. Shopping options within walking distance. And the landlord/agent is so warm, so helpful, and so nice; we have never experienced anything like this, and we have stayed in many holiday homes and apartments.

Great holiday apartment right by the lake

We felt very comfortable in this apartment. It actually has a perfect location, because you can't get closer to the lake. Everything you need is available, even loungers that you can take to the beach. We found the balcony to be bigger than it looks in the photo, and with the great view of the lake, it is enjoyable to sit there. There are some restaurants and good shopping options in the village, which can be reached quickly on foot. It takes about a 15-minute walk to Peschiera. 40 minutes along the lakeshore. Guido is a very friendly landlord who places great importance on ensuring that his guests feel comfortable :)

The vacation apartment is beautifully located, directly on the beach. The view from the balcony is fabulous.
The landlord Guido is very friendly, helpful, and always reachable for questions. It is also a great vacation for the dog, as the dog beach is right in front of the complex. The promenade is perfect for long walks.

Our dog and we felt very well taken care of. Shopping opportunities within walking distance. Restaurants in the area with dogs, no problem. Everyone was always very friendly.

Top holiday apartment directly at the dog beach

We were in the holiday apartment in July with 2 children and a dog. The apartment is nicely equipped and has a dreamlike location directly above the dog beach with a fantastic view over the lake. The terrace appears smaller in the photo than it actually is. The landlord (Guido) is very nice and helpful, and the apartment is definitely worth every euro. Great holiday flat directly on the beach

A super holiday flat right on the beach. Ideal for families with up to three children. The location is ideal in our opinion: directly on the beach with direct access; breakfast on the terrace with lake view; shopping facilities (Lidl supermarket, DM etc...) and restaurants within easy walking distance, also the town centre of Peschiera can be reached on foot via the promenade (approx. 3-4 km). Excursions to other places on the lake (e.g. Lazise, Bardolino, Salo or also the north such as Limone or Malcesine with Monte Baldo) are also no problem. You should take the car or a water taxi/boat and plan a little more time.
Bringing our dog was also no problem.
The landlord is very nice and obliging and immediately there when you need him (thank you, Guido :) ).
We can recommend the flat without hesitation and will be happy to come back.
