Location: absolute quietness - in the fenced "jungle" (property) of the landlord
Safety Guard
House is spacious for couple with one child

What would be an improvement would be a floor lamp for the living room, so that the festive lighting does not always have to burn. A table and two chairs on the terrace for eating outside.
