Description
We are renting out our new and fully equipped house which is located in a lush tropical garden. The house is in a perfect condition and designed for living there, not only for a few holidays. All bed rooms are with air conditioning and the bath room of the master bed room has even an additional out side shower.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is in a closed "moo ban" as the settlements are called here in Thailand. This village named "Dhewee Park" has its own team of 24 hours security guards which guarantee real safety - all day and night. It is mainly inhabited by European foreigners who really care about their property and maintain it nicely. There is a nice, clean sweet water swimming pool only a few meters away for your free use. The ocean's white sand beach is about 2 km west of to the house, easy to reach by a proper paved street. Bang Saree is a nice fisher men's village, only a few kilometres away from the famous beach of Jomtien in South Pattaya. Pattaya is well known for the wide choice of entertainment and the friendliness of its people.

A very relaxing holiday
...in a very well-kept complex. A very nice and spacious house where you immediately feel at home.

Nice house
We spent one week in the Villa with the family (3 children). Everyone enjoyed : house is quiet, charming and well equipped.
Location is perfect for outdoor activities (beach, aquaparks, Pattaya) and for cultural activities (temples, gardens...).
Hosts are very reactive and helpful when needed.
We recommend.

Holidays Autumn 2015
We rented and received a very nice house with a great pool. The area is outside of Pattaya, which gave us the opportunity to find a different area than usual. Very nice landlords and very good service for questions or problems. The area is very quiet and clean. All in all, it was a very good thing and we all enjoyed it very much.

Ideal for families with children
We were pleasantly surprised and liked it very much.
The facilities and the price were very good and completely justified.
The landlord was always present and tried to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
The only small disadvantage is the location but with a car or at least a scooter nothing stands in the way of a nice holiday.
We would book this accommodation again at any time.

It is well equipped. The park is guarded by security personnel
Once a week the pool and the garden were cleaned.
It is about 400 metres from the main road, best to rent a scooter.

Another stay in a spacious holiday home, this time even equipped with its own pool!
Thanks for the wonderful stay and great service provided by the caring landlord in a well-maintained holiday home. We felt very comfortable in the house in Dhewee Park - just like we did years ago. Pure relaxation...
Great vacation in your own house and absolutely quiet location - pure relaxation. The landlord is very attentive and helpful. By car, you can reach Pattaya in 30 minutes.

We rented the house of the Schulte family in February. Perfect location, very spacious, very clean, all important household utensils available, a very courteous and correct landlord - all in all: SUPER !!!

Great family vacation
We were even 9 people with children. Everything was completely satisfactory to us, the landlord was always available if there were any questions. The handling of the rental transaction was always very uncomplicated. We would rent the house again at any time.

Super Bungalow
We spent 7 weeks at the residential complex and can only report the best. We could mostly use the pool, which was only 50 meters away. The landlord and his wife take loving care of their guests and help with advice and action where they can. The well-being of the vacationers is very important to them. We recommend renting a vehicle as the complex is about 30 (foot) minutes away from the village and restaurants in the immediate vicinity are scarce.

Recommended, everything was great.
The holiday resort is surprisingly clean with a very orderly pool right next to the house. It is also suitable for 7 people, well-equipped, and on a beautifully landscaped property - pleasantly quiet. The landlord appears extremely accommodating and noticeably attentive to his guests; completely uncomplicated and very friendly.

Superurlaub
From January 28, 2001, to February 3, 2001, we vacationed in this beautiful, well-kept, and extremely lovingly furnished house with 4 adults and a toddler. The booking was an absolute stroke of luck because if you don't feel comfortable here, you won't feel comfortable anywhere. The landlord and his wife are more than attentive to their guests and go to great lengths to make your stay as beautiful and perfect as possible. This week here will stay in our memories for a long time!

I cannot imagine being better accommodated here, especially since there are very nice landlords on-site who take care of their guests lovingly. Thanks to the Schulte family and all the dear helpers for a wonderful, unfortunately, much too short time in this beautiful country. Vicinity of the holiday home: Super Lage in schönem Village. Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Pool ist super sauber!
free time activities: Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe..... Vermieter weiß bescheid wohin.
shopping facilities: Kleinere Supermärkte im Umkreis von 5 Autominuten, größere Supermärkte in Pattaya (weiter entfernt) oder in Sattahip (10 Minuten mit PKW) Besser: Essen gehen in Restaurants wo auch Eiheimische hingehen. Keine Angst... kostet fast nix und wer Thaiküche mag ist da richtig.

Top Ferienhaus
Very good holiday home with above-average facilities, fully furnished. The property is very well-maintained in a guarded complex about 3KM from the beach. Car absolutely necessary. The German owner takes very good care of the guests. I will come back!!

Very nice landlord!!!
The house is in top condition. It is in a quiet location. The landlord really takes care of everything. The pool is a communal pool, but we were always alone at the pool. You really have your peace. We will come back. Thank you for everything.
