Wonderful stay!

Йоханнес - очень дружелюбный хозяин. Останавливались в его доме на 2 недели. В течение этого времени он всегда был на связи, помогал решать любые проблемы, давал бесценные советы, так как живет в регионе давно и все знает. С таким хозяином чувствуешь себя, как за каменной стеной, всегда готов помочь и сделать для гостей все, что в его силах. Огромное спасибо, Йоханнес! Если будем еще в этих краях - то обязательно остановимся у него.
Дом прекрасный. Все есть, и даже больше. Все работает. Чистота, приятный запах, все удобно, обстановка, мебель - замечательно. Интерьер оформлен с большим вкусом, приятно там находиться. Бассейн чистый, красивый. Все понравилось, все прекрасно, советую останавливаться у Йоханнеса.

We've spent 2 weeks in the house of Johannes, everytning was wonderful. The house is very beautiful, comfortable, clean. The pool is also clean and beautiful. The host is absolutely miracle, you will not find better. Always friendly, redy to help, he solves easily all your problems and gives you very useful advices, because he knows the region and all what are around. Every year again

We stay at Bang Saray almost every year and, as always, we are satisfied with everything.
Since we like to be among the locals and love the country, this accommodation is ideal for people who don't necessarily like mass tourism every day. The proximity to Bang Saray does not necessarily require a rental car, but a motorbike is an advantage to reach the surroundings more easily and comfortably. Fam. Schulte is always hospitable and has many tips for holidaymakers who are not so familiar with Thailand. If you want to party, the easiest way is to take a shared taxi from Sukumvit to Pattaya and enjoy the city that never sleeps. Sights such as Nong Noch ( Potanic Garden ) water park, temple complexes or golf are also in the immediate vicinity and worth a trip. Deep-sea fishing is also possible at a small price and can be booked directly in town. ( Kobbys Kittchen ) is the name of the restaurant.
No matter whether you are on holiday with children or on a romantic or beach holiday, the accommodation offers a nice stay for every activity.

Positively surprised

We arrived as a family of 4 plus one extra person. With 3 bedrooms but no problem at all. Then we thought...oh..dear...far away from Pattaya. But there is a lot to see in the surrounding area and getting to Pattaya by rental car or taxi is also no problem. Last but not least we can say that the quietness in the evenings was very pleasant for us as a family. The people around were extremely nice. A small snack bar and a shopping opportunity are within walking distance...also extremely nice people there. The very nearby Navy beach is highly recommended...water quality like on an island.
Otherwise....the accommodation super...the pool not big but sufficient. Everything well maintained and nice landlord. I can only recommend it.
Thanks also to his "caretaker". Also a very likeable person.

Gladly again

We (two couples) spent a wonderful vacation in the bungalow! We were picked up and dropped off at the Bangkok airport by Mr. Schulte's organized transfer on time. He was an excellent bus driver! We could always reach Mr. Schulte by phone and he was always there to help with any problems. If something was missing or broken, it was immediately bought or repaired! My wife bought glasses from an optician in town, but unfortunately the progressive lenses were not positioned correctly. As we didn't speak Thai and the ladies in the shop spoke little English, we informed Mr. Schulte who immediately took his wife and drove to the store. To our surprise, my wife got new lenses and everything was fine! The strap on my diving watch broke. Mr. Schulte asked a friend where to get something like that. He then drove me 20 kilometers further in his car to a dive shop to get it repaired. One small tip: there is a small "mom and pop" shop around the corner where you can buy small things. It is not much more expensive than the stores in town. We rented bikes and Mr. Schulte's scooter. Whatever we couldn't reach by bike, we took the Bath buses. We would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Schulte again for the unforgettable stay in their holiday home! We highly recommend everything and would rent the house again at any time.

Very nice house with good facilities and friendly landlord.

As I had already expected from my last vacation, everything was okay this time as well and I felt very comfortable. The house is very nice, has everything you need for daily life, the pool is great and the village of Bang Sare is a nice and quiet change from the hectic and turbulent Pattaya. If anything is needed, such as new bed linen or towels, it is immediately taken care of by the very helpful landlord, Mr. Schulte.

Ein sehr schönes Haus

A very beautiful, large, well-kept, clean house with its own pool that is not overlooked. We got to know Mr. Schulte as a very courteous and nice landlord, and he is always available at any time of day in case something is not right. He offers perfect service so that one immediately feels comfortable. The house is located in a complex slightly outside the city center of Bang Sare, and for excursions, for example, a car is recommended. Car was very good, which one can also rent from Mr. Schulte, and everything is ready and waiting upon arrival. It is a very nice holiday home, and we will spend many more vacations there. Vicinity of the holiday home: Gute Lage, man sollte aber eigene Fahrmöglichkeiten haben. Wer nicht selbst mit Auto o.ä. anreist, kann etwas Geeignetes vom Vermieter bekommen.

free time activities: Bin viel mit dem MTB gefahren. Es gibt zwei nette Single Tracks im nahen Marinestützpunkt!

shopping facilities: Alles Wichtige gibt es in erreichbarer Nähe und wem das nicht genug ist, der bekommt dann in Pattaya wirklich fast Alles.

we would like to thank you again for the very beautiful and clean house. We have stayed in many holiday homes before, but this house has exceeded all expectations. It truly deserves 5 stars. Whenever something was not right, Mr. Schulte was there immediately. The surroundings are also very beautiful, and we highly recommend the Military Beach, which is very clean. Top holiday home with private pool

Overall, the most beautiful vacation we have ever had. The house is ideal for families with children who want to have an affordable vacation. The price-performance ratio is very fair! The friendliest landlord I have ever met in all my vacations, "There is no such thing as 'it's not possible' with him"! Here you can really say that the guest is still a king! Thank you again for everything at this point! The location is perfect for people who want to disconnect from the worries of European everyday life. Ideal for both young and old.

However, it is too far from the center in Pattaya for real party animals (with shared taxi about 45 minutes, costs until 10 pm approx. 40 baht per person, after 10 pm 400 baht total for the taxi, depending on the mood of the taxi driver :-))

Nevertheless, it is a truly idyllic spot and the private swimming pool is the ultimate highlight! The house is perfectly equipped. Everything that is really important to run a household is actually there.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung ist äusserst ruhig und sehr verträumt. Sportbegeisterte können direkt vom Haus weg Rad Fahren oder Joggen und in der Stille und Einsamkeiot so richtig abschalten. Vorausgesetzt sie lieben die Hitze und sind resistent gegen die Sonne von Thailand :-) Für uns war es einfach nur ein Traum, den man nicht beschreiben kann, den muß man selber erleben!

free time activities: Die Strände sind mit dem Rad eigentlich recht gut erreichbar, ein bisschen Sport gehört eben dazu.

shopping facilities: Wie bereits bei den anderen Beiträgen erwähnt, mit dem Rad alles kein Problem. Für ältere Menschen empfehle ich allerdings ein Mietauto.

Haus toll

The landlord Mr. Schulte is very friendly and correct. Unfortunately, you need a car or moped. To reach the beach, you had to drive through Bangsare, about 5 km, the beach and water were not so nice. 10 km from the holiday home, there is a beach with wild monkeys, the entrance fee was 60 baht and led through the military area.
