"Casa Acquaviva" offers vacation guests a beautiful vacation apartment on the ground floor (about 75 sqm) for up to 4 people.
From the furnished terrace and from the garden in the green you can enjoy the wonderful view in the gentle hilly landscape of Cerreto Guidi. Vinci, Leonardo's birthplace, is only a few kilometers away. The apartment offers guests a double bed on the mezzanine and a large sofa bed downstairs, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a large eat-in kitchen with dining area.
Casa Acquaviva - about 75 sqm - for up to 4 people - eat-in kitchen fully equipped, with 4-burner stove top, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, German and Ital. Bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine and double sofa bed on the lower level - large fireplace room with sofa and dining table, SAT-TV.
- Bathroom with shower (hydromassage), hairdryer and toilet - Furnished garden with tables, chairs, sunbeds, umbrella and barbecue and garden shower, - Washing machine, central heating and air conditioning - Covered private parking - Fly screens on the windows - Use of the herb, fruit and vegetable garden - Baby crib, crib and high chair The owners, an Austrian, Italian couple lives on the other side of the property and will be happy to provide information.
Vacationers can purchase organic wine, olive oil and grappa at a reasonable price.
The farm is home to many animals such as a donkey, some goats, chickens, a gray goose, a turkey and a turtle.
