Description
The "Casa la Sorba" is a cozy, typical Tuscan cottage which has been completely renovated in the old style and partially furnished with old furniture.
It is centrally located on a village road in the province of Pistoia, also the small village Larciano with shops, bars and restaurants can be easily reached.
It has a large bedroom with three beds and a small room with two single beds. With occupancy of the house with 6 people a bunk bed is placed into the bedroom here instead of a single bed. Thus, up to 6 people in the house (122 m²).
It has two bathrooms each with a shower - a top of the sleeping area and one on the ground floor. In the spacious living room has a fireplace, a large dining table, a well-stocked china cabinet and upholstered furniture for cozy hours are available. A second small living room offers alternatives. The small kitchen has a gas oven and an electric espresso machine with Vaporer to prepare the beloved Cappuccino can. SAT-TV is present, so that German-language programs can be received. A cot and a highchair available.
There is a very large garden with swimming pool (7x5x1,4 m) and cozy corners and angles, where guests can relax in the tranquility of nature. The finest olive oil and own wine can be purchased.

Just great
Thank you for the wonderful stay. We felt very comfortable with Manola and Fabio. Beautiful accommodation, fantastic garden. They were always there for us in an unobtrusive way. Even our dog had fantastic space to run in this huge garden. Manola often spoiled us with homemade specialties. Definitely recommended. It may well be that we will see each other again. : House the Serviceberry
My husband and I spent two wonderful and relaxing weeks at Casa la Sorba. In the morning, we explored the surrounding area on foot, spent the afternoon at the pool and one of the many shaded places in the garden. Since it was very hot, we only took one trip to Lucca. Manola spoiled us with delicious food such as spaghetti, appetizers, and very fine desserts. We also enjoyed the delicious Limoncello. Or in the mornings, delicious sweet omelets. This was certainly not our last vacation at Casa la Sorba. Erika and Urs, both 60, from Switzerland.

our most beautiful vacation
The holiday in Tuscany was by far the most beautiful vacation we ever had! The location of our rental house was simply perfect, we could visit and see so many places, simply amazing. The hosts were very nice, we had difficulties in communication but it was funny, and in the end, we could somehow understand each other. The garden! We have never experienced such a huge garden anywhere and you could enjoy your meals everywhere, so many possibilities. After an excursion in the pool, relaxing, simply great! We and our three children are thrilled! Casa la Sorba, we would definitely recommend. The house is equipped with all the necessary things.

We spent two weeks at Casa la Sorba with our dog.
Casa la Sorba is a well-equipped Tuscan holiday home, completely restored in the old style and partially furnished with antique furniture. It has a large bedroom with three beds and a small room with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, one located upstairs in the sleeping area and one on the ground floor. In the spacious kitchen-living room, there is a large dining table and everything else that is needed. A pool in the garden with sun loungers and many seating options are included. Olive trees, fruit trees, and grapevines, from which the friendly and helpful landlords produce olive oil, wine, and jam that can be purchased at reasonable prices. Fresh eggs from free-range chickens can also be purchased. The town of Larciano has shopping facilities such as a COOP supermarket, the bakery is right next to the holiday home, a pizzeria is located about 300 meters away, and other restaurants are in the vicinity.
Tuscany is a very area where you can do, visit, and explore a lot.

Casa la Sorba. San Rocco. Larciano. We were four and a small dog - it was perfect. The landlords were very, very nice. The house wine and fresh eggs from free-range chickens tasted very good. We liked it very much.
We were six (5 adults, 1 toddler) for two weeks at Casa la Sorba and we really enjoyed it! The (very, very nice!) landlords live right next door and are always there if you have any questions, but otherwise they pleasantly stay in the background. The house is rustic and quaintly furnished, and you can enjoy the tranquility in the garden or splash around in the pool. The landlords also offer typical Tuscan homemade products at a small price, such as olive oil, Limoncello, or wine. Many small villages are located in the nearby hill range, where there are good restaurants that offer a beautiful view of the surroundings in the evenings! Other must-visit destinations include Florence, Montecatini Alto, the beach at Tirrenia, Pisa, and much more.

We stayed from June 25 to July 9, 2016 in the beautiful and cozy house Casa la Sorba. The garden was large and beautiful with a great big pool. The owners were very warm-hearted. We were welcomed very warmly upon arrival, as were our dogs. In the house, there was already a bottle of wine, eggs, and jam. Thank you again for that. And occasionally vegetables from the garden. We would go on vacation there anytime again. Many thanks to the landlords Fabio and Manola Cavi. Both were very discreet and not intrusive! But always approachable. We will recommend the house anytime.
