This charming Istrian holiday house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. It consists of three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds + sofa bed for 2 persons in living room). Holiday home Agatta has three bathrooms with a shower. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room will provide the perfect space for preparing and enjoying meals while creating memories with your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, while the living room is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV. The living/dining area has an exit to a comfortable covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace and dining area. Just a few steps away is a refreshing swimming pool, a well-kept lawn perfect for activities guests can enjoy: a sun deck with sun loungers and a barbecue. All rooms are air-conditioned. Use of internet, private parking, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Smoljanci is a small village in the south-east of Istria, near Rovinj. Traditional agriculture (wine growing) is a characteristic feature of the region. Istria is the largest green oasis of the North Adriatic and the largest peninsula of Croatia, surrounded by a crystal clear blue sea. On the coast, you will find beautiful Mediterranean cities, while the greenery of the inland has numerous cultural-historical and natural sights as well as hilly places with fantastic views of the restful surroundings.
