Casa Antico is a charming Istrian house located in the heart of Premantura, just 10 km from the city of Pula.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of 2 separate apartments that are rented as one accommodation unit. The house is air-conditioned on every floor.

On the ground floor, you will find a cozy studio with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay, such as a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and dining table.

Outside, there is a private covered terrace with a sitting area, an ideal spot for relaxing with a glass of local wine.

The second apartment occupies 1st and 2nd floor. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee.
The second floor features an additional bedroom with a double bed.

The accommodation is also conveniently close to a variety of local restaurants, including Konoba Casa Mia (60 m), Restaurant Premantura (120 m), and Konoba Ancora (150 m), where you can savor delicious Istrian cuisine.

For beach enthusiasts, Uvala Prisadi is just 600 m away, while the Beach Školjić is only 1 km from the property. The city of Pula, known for its Roman amphitheater and rich history, is a short 10 km drive, while the charming coastal towns of Medulin (11 km) and Fažana (22 km) are also within easy reach.

For those who enjoy a lively atmosphere, there are nearby cafes and bars within walking distance.

Pula Airport is less than 18 km away, making Casa Antico an easily accessible destination for travelers.

Uvala Prisadi is located 600 m from the accommodation, and Beach Školjić is 1 km away.

The nearest store, Butiga Ultra, is only 140 m from the house.

Among the nearby restaurants, we can single out Konoba Casa Mia 75 m away, and Konoba Ancora 170 m away.

Just 350 m from the apartment is Jistra Adventures, where you can rent a kayak and SUP.

South of Premantura is the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park known for its crystal clear beaches and blue-green sea.

Cape Kamenjak is a small peninsula declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. In this beautiful nature reserve, you can swim, fish, sail, surf, cycle, and hike.

The idyllic tourist town of Premantura is located on the Kamenjak peninsula, the southernmost part of Istria, where nature takes your breath away. The nature reserve is located south of Premantura, within walking distance, and is known for its crystal clear beaches and turquoise sea. A dreamlike landscape with vast forests and coves makes this place a true paradise.

Cape Kamenjak was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. Visitors can enjoy various activities such as swimming, hiking, boating, sup/quad adventures, diving among wrecks, and much more. In addition, pets are also welcome here. Depending on the weather conditions, you can choose between swimming in the Kvarner Bay or the Adriatic Sea.

Premantura, thanks to its unique position, becomes a playground for fans of windsurfing and kitesurfing throughout the year, offering challenges to beginners and professionals.

In spring, the orchid flowers on Cape Kamenjak further enrich the visual experience, with some species growing only in this area!

In addition to natural beauty, Premantura also offers practical facilities such as a supermarket, a vegetable market, fresh fish from local fishermen, a wine shop, a bakery, and beach equipment. In the tourist information office, you can easily rent a vehicle - car, quad, or bicycle, and organized tours and excursions are also available. A regular bus connection to Pula allows you to get around easily even without your own transport!
