Description

Our newly renovated, spacious holiday flat Talula, furnished with attention to detail, is located in Medebacher Bucht, in the tranquil district of Medelon
The 90 sqm non-smoking holiday flat on a complete floor on the ground floor with plenty of space for 2-4 people and max. 2 dogs awaits you with a small welcome.

The holiday flat has:
- a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and adjoining dining room with Smart TV and audio system
- a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), large wardrobe and chest of drawers (living room and bedroom are connected by a darkenable sliding door)

- a living room with comfortable sofa bed (160 x 190 cm), wardrobe with 58" Smart TV, surround system and direct access to the balcony
- a feel-good bathroom with bathtub and floor-level shower that invites you to relax after a busy day
- a wellness area with infrared sauna for exclusive use
- a guest toilet with washbasin and additional cleaning facilities for hiking utensils and dog accessories (small dogs can also be bathed here)
- a utility area with washing machine and dryer for sole use, as well as an additional wardrobe
- a balcony, south side 20 sqm, with garden furniture
- a fenced garden for private use, accessible via a staircase from the balcony
- a free parking space on the property
- 2 mountain bikes

Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

Basic dog equipment (dog basket, blanket, towels, poop bags, food bowl) can be provided free of charge upon request. A lockable dog kennel for medium-sized dogs and a separate freezer for barfers can be provided for a fee.

Medelon is located directly on the Sauerland Höhenflug and on the feeder road to the Rothaarsteig.
Far away from road noise and hustle and bustle, you will find an excellent starting point for hikes and bike tours of all kinds. After a few minutes' walk you are in the woods and meadows
Here you can experience the lively silence of the Sauerland!

The Hanseatic town of Medebach offers shopping and medical care 5 km away, as well as the Center Park Hochsauerland with subtropical bathing paradise. In addition, the Aventura Spielberg, the longest playground in Europe with a length of 160 m and a height of 32 m on 13,000 sqm, awaits you in Medebach.

The popular winter sports and mountain bike arenas in Winterberg and Willingen are about 20 minutes away by car. The Kellerwald-Edersee National Park, Lake Edersee with its impressive dam wall and the popular Fort Fun amusement park are about 35 km away.

Traumhafter Urlaub im Sauerland

Die Ferienwohnung "Talula" ist wirklich ein Traum. Bestens ausgestattet, absolut sauber, ruhig gelegen und sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Feeling at home from the first moment

The apartment leaves nothing to be desired; it is very tastefully furnished.
It is in a very clean and well-maintained condition, loving details and small attentions made us feel at home right away.
Our expectations were exceeded in every respect.
The hosts Antje and Ottmar are very accommodating and helpful;
there was even very delicious homemade cake.
There were also many little things for our dog and even dog towels. We will definitely come back.

We would give even more stars if it were possible. Such a great apartment, with many details and things that make arriving immediately relaxing. And we have never slept on such a comfortable sofa bed.

Everything's great!!! ?❤️?

We would like to give more stars than possible! We can highly recommend it to everyone! The owners of the house are incredibly nice and wonderful! We traveled without a dog because we have a cat that didn't come along. However, there is a small separate bathroom with a bathtub and towels for dogs. The entire holiday home is even more beautiful than in the photos. It really makes a huge impression. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean. You can immediately see that they have taken care of every little detail in the house. The holiday home has two smart TVs, board games, an infrared sauna, a large bathtub, a large shower cabin, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and a hairdryer. The kitchen equipment is complete, nothing is missing. You can see that Antje and Otmar put a lot of effort into every little detail and are fully committed ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️ We will definitely return there ??❤️

Super spacious holiday home.

We (2) persons and our little dog had a fantastic weekend. The sauna and bathtub were wonderfully relaxing after a long walk with the dog. There is a special dog shower, which I have never seen anywhere else before. The bed sleeps super. The house is equipped with all comforts. Winterberg/Kahler Asten is also great for hiking.

Everything perfect?

Our first vacation in Medebach and everything was perfect
The accommodation is very clean and everything is lovingly furnished
Everything was available that you need for a vacation, even small guest gifts like wine and chocolate, and for the dog small cookies
We were greeted very friendly and dogs are very welcome there
I could write so much more, but we were completely satisfied and we will definitely come back

We liked it a lot.

First of all, a big thank you to the landlords of "TaLuLa", Antje and Otmar.
We (2 adults and a dog) were welcomed very warmly and were immediately impressed by the lovingly furnished apartment. We did not miss anything, even for dogs everything is taken care of. There is enough space everywhere to accommodate everything. The mattresses in the bedroom are great, we slept very well.
Small tips for outside: you can walk beautifully with the dog without a leash at the Orke river, it is signposted. We went to eat at the "Landgasthof Müller" (not far to walk) on the last evening, it is very cozy, very friendly, and great food!! We are glad that we rented the holiday apartment "TaLuLa" and can definitely recommend it!!!!

Holiday with the dog

Stunning vacation rental with dog

very beautiful, large and clean holiday apartment, with terrace and small private garden
quiet area, but you can do a lot or just relax
our dog also felt very comfortable
the apartment has EVERYTHING you need and much more
there is even an infrared sauna, which we did not use
as a welcome gift, there are also cappuccino and hot chocolate bags, various teas, sugar, small milk, chocolate, sparkling wine, and wine
and for the dog, there are also treats, poop bags, their own towels, and blankets.
Upon request, there is also a dog bed with blankets and bowls.
so, now I have written enough, just try it out yourself ...
we will definitely come back, it's already booked

absolutely recommendable

We were staying with 2 people and 2 medium sized dogs and wanted to go hiking
On arrival we were warmly welcomed and shown around.
We were very enthusiastic about this accommodation.
We found many attentions such as a small glass of coffee powder, filter, milk and sweets with the hint to serve.
So we could first of all arrive in peace.
The kitchen and technical equipment were great!
Perfect for our dogs was also the fenced run in the garden which we could use at any time from our terrace
We found very good mattresses in the bed
The flat is large and was perfectly and completely furnished for our needs. The online description is accurate in every point

For hikes we had the possibility to start directly from the accommodation.

An even longer holiday would not miss anything.
The landlords Antje and Otmar were absolutely nice, (dog-) friendly and always helpful.

We felt very comfortable and coming back is only a question of possible dates.
We would like to thank them once again
