Description
Comfortable newly built villa in the small village of Bonaci, 9 km from Porec. A covered terrace with dining table and barbecue by the pool is the perfect place to hang out with your friends and family.
The house is spread over two floors. The first floor has a hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, toilet and a room with private bathroom. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
On the first floor there is a studio apartment with a separate entrance and consists of a large double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In total, the villa can accommodate 8 people. All rooms are air-conditioned and the living room has underfloor heating.
Both indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to make your vacation pleasant and enjoyable.

The villa is located in the western part of Istria, in the village of Bonaci, 9 km from Porec.
In Porec you will find everything you need for a quality vacation: supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, entertainment and beaches.
The first market is only 1 km away and is located in Baderna.
The nearest beach is in Porec, but we recommend you to explore the beaches all along the Istrian coast.

A great house and really wonderful hosts.
We have already been to Villa Gemelle for the second time. The first time was in 2022 shortly after the opening and now in autumn 2025.
We are thrilled again! Everything is still brand new and top clean.
The house is equipped with everything one could wish for, especially the kitchen and accessories leave nothing to be desired.
Furthermore, the house is very high quality in all areas.
You couldn't wish for a better landlord than Sanja! She is very warm and friendly and always available when it comes to coordinating anything. The location of the villa is also good, although being close to the highway, you can hardly hear anything from it. You can reach Porec and other tourist destinations within a few minutes. For us, it was not the last time we visited Villa Gemelle and the nice Sanja.

Top accommodation!!!
We had a fantastic time in this house! It was really just as described in the pictures – if not even more beautiful. The amenities leave nothing to be desired and provide everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
An absolute highlight was the outdoor kitchen, which we used almost daily – perfect for cozy evenings. The separate apartment was also particularly practical, as it offered our teenagers the desired privacy. A big shout-out goes to the landlord Sanja, who was always reachable and very helpful – this gave us an additional feeling of safety and security.
The house is well-maintained, lovingly furnished, and located in a great environment. We felt comfortable from the very first moment and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation. Thank you for this unforgettable vacation – we would love to come back!

Dreamy house, top-notch amenities, great service.
We spent 10 wonderful days with 5 people in Villa Gemelle. The house is in a wonderful, almost new condition and is absolutely fully equipped. The house is very tastefully and modernly furnished and was very clean. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are modern and generously designed, and all the kitchen appliances are almost new and modern. Nothing is lacking. The service from the owner was personal, friendly, and warm. The garden furniture and the pool are also excellent and sufficient, although we sadly haven't used the pool yet due to the season. The location of the house is very central, but you need a car. It only takes 10 minutes to get to Porec, and there are many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the house. We will definitely book this house again!

Family-friendly villa with top-notch amenities – Everything you need!
As a family with two teenagers, we spent a fantastic week in Villa Gemelle. The amenities left absolutely nothing to be desired – everything one wishes for a perfect holiday was available. Whether in the well-equipped kitchen, the spacious living area, or outside at the stunning pool – we felt right at home. The outdoor area with the grill was especially ideal for shared evenings. The quiet location and proximity to Poreč completed the experience. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Wonderful family vacation
In August 2023, we spent two wonderful weeks in Bonaci/Baderna with friends and a total of 4 children. The warm welcome from the lovely landlady, with fresh fruit, cheese and homemade ham, was able to comfort us on the day of arrival after the long journey. During the joint tour, we could see that the holiday home 1/1 corresponded to the pictures on the internet in terms of high-quality and well-thought-out equipment as well as cleanliness. The 4 large bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the spacious kitchen (the highlight for our children was the ice cube machine), the terrace with outdoor kitchen and the pool offer enough space for 8 people. Thanks to the enclosed property, the children could move freely and safely on the premises. Due to the location of the house in a side street, peace is guaranteed. We could reach the old town of Porec with its beautiful harbor and restaurants by car in about 10 minutes. Every day we could explore a different beach in Istria with its hidden bays. We would spend another vacation at Villa Gemelle at any time.
