Living room, dining area and kitchen form a common open space. The villa has two bedrooms with a double bed and two modern bathrooms.
A sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for two people. The room is air-conditioned, air conditioners are located in the living room and in both bedrooms.

Villa Shanti is located away from the streets and tourist crowds. The nearest place for everything you need (supermarket, bank, post office) is Labin, 5 minutes drive from the villa. Built on a hill with a rich and great history. You will be amazed by the underground tunnels, which were once coal mines, and today an open museum. The cultural, musical and gastronomic events are frequent, so there is always something to do.
Rabac is a famous tourist destination with many romantic walks by the sea, good restaurants, friendly people and good music.
Also, the best beaches in Istria are located on the east coast, whether you prefer active and well-visited beaches or the secluded and private wild beaches.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute dream accommodation – pure relaxation with the warmest host in Croatia!
We were allowed to spend an unforgettable beautiful time in this dreamy holiday home in Croatia – an absolute insider tip for anyone who values peace, comfort, and warm hospitality! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Gordana, the host. She lives in a small house right next door – but is absolutely discreet and reserved. One enjoys complete privacy, hardly hearing or seeing her during the day. And yet she is always there when you need something – helpful, warm-hearted, and attentive, just as one could wish. Next to the house, there is a small vegetable garden that you may help yourself to – fresh salad, tomatoes, and peppers, straight from the garden! The holiday home itself is in top condition, very well-maintained, and absolutely clean. It offers two cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a modern open living room with a kitchen and a beautiful cooking island that will delight hobby chefs. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, washing machine, freezer-refrigerator, microwave, vacuum robot – everything is available and in perfect condition. Additionally, there is a large selection of glasses, pots, pans, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils – you really don’t have to bring anything from home! A beautiful pool that is maintained daily and very clean. Around it, there are loungers with sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a spacious terrace that is directly accessible from the living room. Here we could enjoy a wonderful breakfast every morning. The surroundings are equally ideal: In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach shopping options like Lidl, Spar, Müller, DM, as well as a gas station. And for those who want to go to the sea: About 9 km away is the town of Rabac with dreamy small bays, crystal-clear water, and many affordable parking options. Perfect for trips to the sea! In the evenings, you can stroll in Rabac, drink cocktails, or enjoy a nice dinner – pure vacation feeling.
