The villa is at your disposal from 10 am. There you will be welcomed by our vacation agency and an introduction will be made, the keys will be handed over and a handover protocol will be drawn up. You can move in immediately, because the beds are already made* - pure vacation!
If there is a change of beds, the villa can be occupied from 3 p.m., because everything will be cleaned beforehand and the beds will be made up again*. On the day of departure, a handover protocol is also created again.

Villa Vista Mare is located between the cities of Valencia and Alicante, which have daily flights from German airports. From there it takes about 60 min to drive to the Costa Blanca and Javeá. Villa Vista Mare is located on the "Cumbre del Sol", an urbanization where there are only detached Spanish style villas. The villa is situated on a 900 m2 hillside plot with a 180 degree sea view.
The nearest beach is just 5 minutes away. Larger beaches are in the neighboring towns, Javeà and Moreira. These can be reached in 15 minutes by car. On the "Cumbre del Sol" there is a supermarket just 5 minutes away. There you can get everything you need for your vacation. In the neighboring villages you will find different supermarkets and also discounters like Aldi and Lidl. In the villages you will find everything from chip shops, pizzerias, Spanish restaurants to gourmet cuisine.
Besides a relaxing beach vacation you can find countless activities, golfing, swimming, hiking, climbing, jet skiing, scuba diving, biking, etc.

A final cleaning of the villa is done by our vacation agency. The departure takes place on the day of departure until 10 am.
*Optionally, you can book the bed and towel service of our vacation agency. Then the beds are made and there is one bath towel and 2 towels per person ready. Pure vacation! This service costs 15.- € per person.

Super beautiful house
The house is as seen in the pictures. The location is fantastic. We spent almost all our time by the pool. You can walk to the sea, but it's steep and far, and there were also many dangerous jellyfish for us. But we absolutely did not miss the sea. The pool is a dream, the view is beautiful. The kids had a lot of fun, and since we had no neighbors (all the houses were empty), we could play without having to be considerate. The adults could comfortably lie in the sun while the kids played. What more could one want, everyone was happy. The facilities were really very good and everything was always taken care of promptly if there was a problem. Thank you for the great service. We will definitely come back!
