Fantastic villa in a luxurious location at the "Cumbre del Sol" (Benitachell / Moraira) with breathtaking sea view and a private pool in the size of 8x4 meters.
Enjoy the beautiful view of the property: whether from the terrace or from the house you can look out into the wide distance over the sea or marvel at the fascinating sunrise as the sky is getting lighter over a golden horizon.

All apartments have self-contained SAT-TV, WiFi and well-equipped kitchens with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and other kitchen utensils. There is also a utility room with a washing machine.
The terrace not only invites you to sunbathe with sunbathing but also to a cozy barbecue evening. Furthermore, the terrace offers a cuff-shaped outdoor shower and a smaller seating corner, which is particularly suitable when looking for a shady spot.
The villa is located on a fantastic hillside location, only 2 km from the beach, larger beaches are located in Moraira (10 minutes by car) or Calpe (20 minutes by car). There are also a lot of climbing areas, among others the penon de Ifach (the landmark of Calpe), the Cumbre del Sol, swimming, sailing / motorboat (next port in Moraira), climbing Costa Blanca, Hiking and many more.
Only a few minutes from the villa is the supermarket Pepe la sal, where there is also a bakery with German bakery products such as bread rolls, bread and black walnut gateau as well as a butcher.

Cumbre del Sol is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca in the municipality of Benitachell, between Javea and Moraira, in the northern part of the province of Alicante.
Several viewpoints, impressive views, surrounded by particularly protected areas such as the Natural Park of Granadella (Javea), El Puig de Llorenca or Porter de Moraira complete the landscape surrounding the Cumbre del Sol.

Super great holidays
The stay at Villa Heide was perfect!
Very tastefully furnished house - but not at all obtrusive!
It is ideally furnished, we had hardly seen anything like it before, everything was really there!
The area is very quiet, view of the sea fantastic, very sunny and the surroundings incl. pool very well maintained.
The service on site - really great. We felt very full from the first minute. If something was missing or defective, it was taken care of within a few hours. The house, the pool and the surroundings were very clean. A big thumbs up to you Lena and Tobias - that's how you want your holidays to be.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home and the kind care! We will definitely come back again.
