This is a beautiful holiday home with community pool for refreshing dips and a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea views; so your vacation with family is sorted here. Right? The home is located just 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Roquetas de Mar. In addition, it is next to a supermarket and only 10 minutes from restaurants, playgrounds, shopping centers and a water park. Golf lovers are also right, since the golf course is only 5 minutes away.

Enjoy delicious meals on the terrace or take a refreshing swim in the pool. The large roof terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathing. There is free Wi-Fi and a parking space available.

Right in front of the building is a bus stop that provides convenient access to the center of Roquetas and other areas at an affordable price. Although the decor is somewhat outdated, the apartment is clean and has a nice bathroom and sufficient kitchen equipment for those who want to cook instead of eating out. Colin, the owner, quickly responded to our requests for fresh towels and bed linen. Just keep in mind that the local agent responsible for managing the apartment is about a mile away, which can be inconvenient if you don't have a car. Overall, it's a great place to experience the beauty of Las Marinas and Roquetas de Mar.
