We are pleased to offer you this cosy and very well equipped holiday flat with modern bathroom and large terrace for your holiday in Oberaudorf.
The large terrace extends in front of the living room and bedroom. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village and the mountain landscape.

Location and surroundings of object
The house in Bavarian style was built on a hill in Oberaudorf, quietly in a dead-end street, with a wonderful view over the Inn valley.
The centre of the village, our skiing area and the Hocheck mountain railway can be reached in a few minutes.
Leisure activities:
Hiking, cycling, mountain biking and, if there is enough snow, cross-country skiing is possible right from the front door.
Leisure activities for young and old are available in the village and in the surrounding area. In summer, there are a variety of hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking opportunities, the Hocheck adventure mountain (summer toboggan run, legend trail, Oberaudorfer Flieger), bathing lakes, etc.
In neighbouring Kiefersfelden there is a water ski facility and in Oberaudorf at the Luegsteinsee a water jump.
In winter you can go skiing or snowboarding in the Hocheck ski area (with toboggan run and floodlighting) or Skiparadies Sudelfeld. Cross-country ski trails are groomed when the snow conditions are right. Tobogganing enthusiasts will have fun on the Hocheck and the natural toboggan run at Brünnsteinhaus.

Very beautiful vacation apartment in a dream location.
It is a very beautiful holiday apartment on the ground floor with above-average high-quality furnishings and a furnished terrace. Additionally, there is a dreamlike view of the mountains. Attention was paid to details, such as the many good hangers in the wardrobe, the huge rain shower, and the mosquito net in front of the bedroom window. The entire apartment is very clean, as is the staircase. I would also like to highlight the very good service from the owner, Mrs. Retzlaff. Your friendly responses to my emails always arrived within a few minutes. From the apartment, it is only about a 10-minute walk to the town center with a bakery, butcher, and other shops. In the holiday apartment, there is a city map and many brochures with excursion options in the nearby area.

Holiday in the mountains
We had a very nice holiday, hiked a lot and also cycled. The location of the flat on top of the mountain was just wonderful. A great view of the mountains and Oberaudorf.
