The stylishly furnished studio apartment "Strandgut" extends over approx. 45 square meters on the first floor of the well-kept residential and holiday complex Strandresidenz Wassersleben and can accommodate up to 3 people. It includes a spacious and light-flooded living/dining area with an integrated kitchen, an adjacent bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a modern shower room with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.

A high-quality sofa bed is available in the living room for additional guests. The balcony, equipped with high-quality garden furniture, offers a wonderful view of the Flensburg Fjord and the surrounding coast.

Dogs are welcome upon prior request and for an additional fee. The booking price includes the use of a dedicated parking space.

The communal laundry room is located on the ground floor near the covered parking spaces. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available there. There is also a storage room for bicycles you bring with you.

The beach is just a few steps away, across the street.
