Despite its location close to the city, the exclusive 4-star classified holiday apartment "Sankt Hans" is located in the middle of the picturesque St. Johannisviertel (Sct. Hans Kvarter), a historic fishing settlement from the 12th century and one of the four historic settlement centers of Flensburg. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the simple stone church of St. Johannis, built in 1128.
This sunny apartment extends to around 60 m² on the 1st floor of a well-kept multi-family townhouse and offers an optional underground parking space for a fee. The apartment consists of a living/dining room with integrated kitchen, hallway, storage room, full bathroom/toilet and bedroom. The living room is furnished in a Danish style and features teak furniture, including Danish design classics such as the FM shelf by Kai Kristiansen or Dyrlund tables with leather dining chairs. A comfortable leather sofa set invites you to linger. Free WiFi, a 55-inch flat-screen cable Smart TV and an internet radio provide entertainment. A games collection and a variety of books in German, English and Danish are also available. The spacious couch can be pulled out into a comfortable double bed.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, exhaust air, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and capsule machine as well as all the necessary kitchen appliances, crockery and cutlery for 6 people. The bedroom has a new 200 x 180 cm box spring bed, 2 closets, a small desk with chair, a mirror and a second flat-screen cable TV. In the hallway there is another large wardrobe with mirrored doors.
In the modern daylight shower room with underfloor heating, in addition to the toilet and the large real glass shower cubicle, you will find a washstand with cupboards, an electric towel dryer, a hairdryer, a laundry drying rack and a small bench.
The courtyard with planters and benches invites you to spend some time outdoors, and two garden chairs are in the storage room. In addition to the optionally bookable parking space in the underground car park under the building, there is also a bicycle cellar for bikes you bring with you.
Thanks to the cul-de-sac location, there is no through traffic. The pedestrian zone from Südermarkt to Nordermarkt or the Flensburger Hafenspitze can be reached on foot in just a few minutes and invite you to take a relaxed shopping or stroll around the harbor. Shops and restaurants are a short distance away, as are the central bus station, train station, museum, shipping museum or Phenomenta, which can be reached quickly on foot.

Oliver M - (Couple) Easter 2023: Apartment very centrally located. You can quickly walk to the shopping street, the harbor or the many restaurants. You can park your car easily and safely in the underground parking garage. The apartment is comfortable and very well-maintained. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable. Will gladly come back with the kids as well, because the high-quality sofa bed allows for four people to stay overnight. There was nothing to complain about.

The car can be parked well and safely in the underground garage. The apartment is comfortable and very well maintained. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable. We would also like to come back with the children, because you can also stay overnight with four people thanks to the high-quality sofa bed. There was nothing to complain about.

A week's holiday in the holiday flat Sankt Hans in the historic Johannisviertel at the beginning of September. The location is unbeatable, in the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The car mostly stayed in the underground garage, a big plus of this accommodation. The Scandinavian style of furnishing with class and taste contributed greatly to the well-being. Everything was available for at least 2 people, you could even have cooked for friends! We felt comfortable all around, cleanliness was top, we will definitely come back!
