The “FlensView” studio apartment is located on the third floor of a well-maintained building in the Jürgensby district of Flensburg. With a living space of 30 square meters, the accommodation offers optimal comfort for up to two people, making it ideal for singles, couples, or business travelers. Last renovated in 2022, the apartment impresses with its modern and functional interior design and high standard of living.
An outstanding feature of the apartment is the exceptionally good sea and landscape view. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy relaxing hours and an impressive view of the Flensburg Fjord and the surrounding area. The generous windows also provide plenty of daylight and create an inviting atmosphere. All windows are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
The living area is open plan and has vinyl flooring. The sleeping area has a comfortable bed that can accommodate two people. The living room and bedroom flow seamlessly into each other and are complemented by carefully selected furniture and modern furnishings. For entertainment, there is a TV with cable and international channels, a Blu-ray and DVD player, a radio, and a hi-fi system. The offer is rounded off by books, CDs, and a CD player.
Another highlight is the well-equipped open kitchen, which blends harmoniously into the living concept. Here you will find a ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. A dining area with a dining table offers enough space for shared meals. Spices and dish towels are also provided for a pleasant stay.
The bathroom is equipped with a modern, floor-level shower, sink, and toilet. Towels, bath towels, a hairdryer, and a cosmetic mirror provide additional comfort. Access to the apartment is easy via an elevator, so guests with limited mobility can also reach the accommodation without any problems.
The fast and stable Wi-Fi connection also makes it possible to stay for longer periods of time while working from home or streaming. In addition, a shared washing machine and dryer are available in the building. A vacuum cleaner, iron, and other helpful amenities are also available. The apartment has central heating, which guarantees a pleasant room temperature in every season. Safety features such as smoke detectors and a first aid kit are provided.
The location of the vacation apartment is particularly attractive for guests who appreciate urban life and proximity to the water. Flensburg city center is only 900 meters away; shopping facilities are just 300 meters away, and a restaurant is 400 meters away. Public transportation (bus) is a short distance away at 150 meters, and the train station is 1,800 meters away.

Purposefully and lovingly furnished apartment with a beautiful view. The surroundings are pleasant and quiet, the residents are friendly. Caution - the floor in the entrance area is slippery.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. The view from the room was great. Some attractions are within walking distance. The only downside is the parking situation. If you arrive after 4 PM, you have to search forever for a free spot, which can also be quite far away. For this reason, we would not rent this apartment again. Everything else was okay.
