Welcome to the high-quality holiday apartment "Atrium", where life in Flensburg couldn't be more central. Just a few steps from the front door are the lively Südermarkt and the picturesque Rote Straße, one of the most beautiful shopping streets in the border town. This comfortable 103 square meter holiday apartment offers upscale amenities with three bedrooms that can accommodate a total of six guests. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with high-quality box spring beds.
The luxurious apartment not only scores points with a small balcony, but also with a modern bathroom including a floor-level shower, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and, as a special highlight, a spacious and comfortable living-kitchen area. For longer stays, our guests have access to an exclusive washing machine and dryer.
The weekly market at Südermarkt (every Wednesday and Saturday) is right next door, and within a few minutes' walk you can reach not only the pedestrian zone with numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities, but also the city theater, the Hafenspitze and the Deutsches Haus, one of the central event locations in Flensburg.

Super Oase in der Flensburger Innenstadt (per google-translate übersetzt) Schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die wir gerne mit nach Hause genommen hätten. Super Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Kostenlose Parkplätze für unsere beiden Autos. Einzige Beschwerde, es gab nur einen Schlüssel zur Wohnung und wir waren fünf Erwachsene, die nicht die ganze Zeit zusammen gingen. Super oase i centrum af Flensborg Smuk og smagfuldt indrettet lejlighed, som vi gerne ville have taget med hjem. Fantastisk beliggenhed lige ved gågaden. Gratis parkering for vores to biler. Eneste klage, der var kun én nøgle til lejligheden, og vi var fem voksne, som ikke gik sammen hele tiden.

Super oasis in downtown Flensburg
Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment that we would have liked to take home. Great location right on the pedestrian zone. Free parking for our two cars.
Only complaint, there was only one key to the apartment and there were five adults who did not go together all the time.

We had a great stay. The descriptions in the digital guest book could be a bit more detailed and centralized (make it clearer (e.g. in red) that the underground parking is in the next building; the garbage area is described as being explained in the digital guest book, but there is nothing there, instead there is a description hanging on the apartment door; the phone number and email address of the owner on the flyers in the apartment are no longer up to date). Otherwise, great service and great, clean apartment...
