Built in 1846 and last extensively renovated in 2023, the townhouse is a lovingly designed accommodation with two vacation apartments, including “Gerty Molzen” on the ground floor with a generous living space of 53 m² – ideal for couples, solo travelers, and small families.
Located in the center of Flensburg, cultural institutions, shopping facilities, restaurants, and public transportation are just a few minutes' walk away. The distance to Flensburg's pedestrian zone, supermarkets, and various restaurants is only about 60 meters – ideal for enjoying the lively city life without having to sacrifice peace and privacy. The ferry terminal is only 200 meters away, and the Baltic Sea beach is about 2.5 kilometers away.
The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance and an enclosed, fenced-in property that is child and dog-safe. The well-kept garden with garden furniture, windbreak, and sunshade, as well as the furnished terrace, offer you relaxing hours outdoors. A private parking space is available free of charge directly on the property, and there is also a charging station for electric vehicles.
Inside, you will find a modern, open-plan living and dining area, which offers a pleasant atmosphere thanks to its designer flooring. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa corner, armchair, and dining table. Entertainment is provided by two large flat-screen TVs (44-55 inches) in the living room and bedroom with international channels and Blu-ray player, as well as a radio, CD player, books, and games – a retreat for relaxing evenings. High-speed WiFi (from 100 Mbit/s) is available throughout the house, allowing you to work or stream in comfort.
The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, leaves nothing to be desired: a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a wide range of crockery and cutlery are provided. Kitchen utensils, dish towels, and a trash can are also provided. A dining area invites you to enjoy meals together.
The bedroom features a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. The accommodation can sleep up to two people, and a crib is available on request. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement and subject to the limited number (maximum two).
The daylight bathroom has a modern design and features a floor-level shower, toilet, washbasin, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, hand and bath towels, and a full-length mirror. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine (for your own use), a clothes horse, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.
The townhouse is an excellent starting point for a wide range of activities: hiking, cycling, Nordic walking, jogging, swimming, boat trips, sailing, surfing, and wellness facilities are all available in the surrounding area. Cultural institutions such as theaters, museums, and cinemas are within walking distance. In case of emergency, a doctor, hospital, and first aid kit are located in the immediate vicinity.
Smoke detectors, shutters, and privacy screens on all windows, as well as central heating, provide additional safety and comfort in this non-smoking accommodation. An enclosed property, garden, terrace, and modern amenities offer a comfortable and relaxed living experience—even for families with small children or guests with dogs.

It would be nice if there were more than 3 glasses of water. Unfortunately, the path to the house is very poorly accessible with the walker. The apartment is very well suited for people with mobility impairments. I felt very comfortable here and would gladly come back.
