The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. The following are available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and pavilion.

Split. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to early October, 10 m x 7 m, 1.50 m deep).

Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

In summer: Adriatic 100 m in Punta (beach 100 m in Punta with sand, pebbles, stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Punta: dog beach, fishing, diving, boat rental, boat mooring each 300 m. Tennis 500 m.

Kitchen in the living & bedroom with dining area, electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, toaster and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
