The residence is popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet location. Split. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Suitable for 2 adults and 3 children (not 5 adults) Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to early October, 7 m x 12 m, 1.50 m deep). Use of the pool is at your own risk and subject to the conditions indicated at the entrance to the pool.

allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bedroom (7 sqm) with 1 single bed and air conditioning.
