The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 2010 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the edge of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and pavilion.

Split. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to early October, 10 m x 7 m, 1.50 m deep).

Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 200 m. Airport on Brac 25 km. Nightclub, cinema, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 3 km in Postira. Children's playground 100 m. In summer: Adriatic 100 m in Punta (nudist beach 100 m in Punta with sand, pebbles, stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Punta: dog beach, fishing, diving, boat hire, boat mooring each 300 m. Tennis 500 m.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is covered and leads directly into the vestibule. Living/bedroom with 1 double bed, sitting area, TV, dining area and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture). Kitchen in the living & bedroom with dining area, electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bedroom.
