Description
Holiday flat facing south-west on two levels. Ground floor (mezzanine) with living room, new bathroom, hallway, wardrobe. Attic with kitchen, dining room, bedroom, small storage room with built-in cupboards. Kitchen: fully equipped, modern induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, milk frother, blender etc. are available.
Bathroom with washer-dryer, hairdryer, towels included.
Bedroom, double bed 1.60 x 2.00 / bed linen incl. / window with blackout curtains, roller shutters, insect screen
Living room with blanket, desk, TV (an Android TV box is connected, via internet all the usual channels + media libraries in HD), DVD player, small stereo system
Fireplace (only in cold season), firewood must be provided by yourself.
Terrace for private use with table and chairs and charcoal barbecue. (coal and lighter are included)
A private parking space is directly in front of the house or you can also park on the street.
Parking space for 2 bicycles in the garden house.
For sauna lovers there is the possibility to spend a nice sauna evening. Relax in the cosy garden sauna to the sound of chirping birds and babbling brooks. The sauna house has a small anteroom for changing. There is a cold water outdoor shower for cooling off. Relax during the break on the lounger in the garden with beautiful garden lighting and candlelight. The sauna is preheated at the agreed time and the infusion bucket is prepared. Various fragrances are available. Towels are provided. Please bring your own bathing shoes and bathrobe. The garden sauna is located in the private garden. Access and use are only possible by arrangement.

Quietly located in the village on the eastern outskirts of Hamburg. You can reach the centre of Hamburg or the Baltic Sea quickly via the nearby motorway. Ideal to combine a holiday in Hamburg and the Baltic Sea. Hamburg centre 23km. Travemünde at the Baltic Sea 65km. If the weather is bad, there is always something to see in Hamburg, and if it's beach weather, the Baltic Sea is calling. Lübeck is also within easy reach and well worth a visit. If you like old town centres, Lüneburg might be worth a detour. I am happy to give tips for excursions in the surrounding area

Highly recommended!
We were in this beautiful, cozy vacation apartment for the second time. We would like to give more than 5 stars. The vacation apartment has everything one could wish for. The furnishings are modern, and upon entering, you immediately feel at home. The landlord, Mr. Lock, is very attentive to ensuring that guests feel comfortable. We had a great time relaxing and enjoyed the tranquility and the proximity to Hamburg and the coastal towns. We will definitely come back.

The holiday apartment is equipped with more than the standard and everything you need is there. It is lovingly, cozy, and modernly furnished. One of the nicest holiday apartments so far.
