Description
Holiday flat facing south-west on two levels. Ground floor (mezzanine) with living room, new bathroom, hallway, wardrobe. Attic with kitchen, dining room, bedroom, small storage room with built-in cupboards. Kitchen: fully equipped, modern induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, milk frother, blender etc. are available.
Bathroom with washer-dryer, hairdryer, towels included.
Bedroom, double bed 1.60 x 2.00 / bed linen incl. / window with blackout curtains, roller shutters, insect screen
Living room with blanket, desk, TV (an Android TV box is connected, via internet all the usual channels + media libraries in HD), DVD player, small stereo system
Fireplace (only in cold season), firewood must be provided by yourself.
Terrace for private use with table and chairs and charcoal barbecue. (coal and lighter are included)
A private parking space is directly in front of the house or you can also park on the street.
Parking space for 2 bicycles in the garden house.
For sauna lovers there is the possibility to spend a nice sauna evening. Relax in the cosy garden sauna to the sound of chirping birds and babbling brooks. The sauna house has a small anteroom for changing. There is a cold water outdoor shower for cooling off. Relax during the break on the lounger in the garden with beautiful garden lighting and candlelight. The sauna is preheated at the agreed time and the infusion bucket is prepared. Various fragrances are available. Towels are provided. Please bring your own bathing shoes and bathrobe. The garden sauna is located in the private garden. Access and use are only possible by arrangement.

Quietly located in the village on the eastern outskirts of Hamburg. You can reach the centre of Hamburg or the Baltic Sea quickly via the nearby motorway. Ideal to combine a holiday in Hamburg and the Baltic Sea. Hamburg centre 23km. Travemünde at the Baltic Sea 65km. If the weather is bad, there is always something to see in Hamburg, and if it's beach weather, the Baltic Sea is calling. Lübeck is also within easy reach and well worth a visit. If you like old town centres, Lüneburg might be worth a detour. I am happy to give tips for excursions in the surrounding area

We spent the Christmas days in the vacation home of Mr. Chr. Lock.
Very beautiful and very clean domicile!
Correspondence via emails and in person - top!
From the accommodation to the nearby train station - Rahlstedt - from there with the regional train to the main train station in Hamburg and then explore the world with the S or U-Bahn!
We are very happy that there are landlords who are more than willing to make the guest feel comfortable!
We would have liked to add a few more stars - but there was an end at 5..... :-)

Short vacation in Hamburg
From beginning to end, we felt very comfortable. Very nice landlord. The vacation apartment is just great. Everything very very clean (including the bathroom). Quiet surroundings. We can highly recommend the vacation apartment. Will gladly come again.

We were warmly welcomed. Everything was thought of and we felt more than comfortable in the lovingly furnished rooms! The holiday apartment is located in a very pleasant and well-maintained residential area. The accommodation deserves a big plus for its perfect cleanliness. Day trips such as Timmendorfer Strand can also be easily reached by public transport (about 1.5 hours by train). We will definitely not be here for the last time. Absolutely recommended!

Great holiday apartment down to the smallest detail.
We spent two weeks in this truly great apartment and felt very comfortable all around. The welcome from the landlord was very warm and we felt really welcome. The apartment is fully and tastefully furnished down to the smallest detail. We had our bikes with us, which we could safely store in the garden shed. The location is perfect for hiking and cycling, which we used extensively. We also used and enjoyed the beautiful private sauna and the terrace with the grill, which made the landlord very happy, as he also invested a lot of work there. For us, it was a perfect vacation and we can rate and recommend this beautiful holiday apartment with 5 stars and a clear conscience.

Back at once!
We spent a week in this perfectly equipped apartment. The flat was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. Nothing is missing, you immediately feel at home. There is plenty of storage space, the bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer, and there is plenty of room in the walk-in shower. The beds are equipped with super mattresses and you can sleep wonderfully in the quiet surroundings. After the friendly welcome by the landlord, you feel welcome. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the terrace and barbecue in early January, so we'll have to come back to Braak in the warmer months!

Super holiday flat, highly recommended!
Very nice, quietly located apartment, which leaves nothing to be desired. The flat is very clean, the landlord very nice and helpful. We used the apartment for our sightseeing tour of Hamburg. From the train station HH-Rahlstedt (approx. 10 min. by car) you can reach Hamburg main station in 15 min. However, the connection from Braak to Rahlstedt is rather difficult. In Rahlstedt, however, there is a large P+R car park for €2 per day. Lübeck and Timmendorfer Strand can be reached by car in 1/2 hour and 1 hour respectively.

Everything great
I would recommend the flat at any time! No matter what you needed and were looking for, you found a lot of little things in this flat that you need every day. Simply very nicely equipped!
The landlord is also very nice and helpful.
The way to Hamburg by bus and train is also very uncomplicated and we will be happy to come back if we are ever drawn to Hamburg again.

Great apartment
Very friendly landlord, the apartment is impeccable. Even a washing machine with laundry detergent. The apartment has a small, unobstructed terrace. There is a fireplace for romantic evenings! Very quiet location, ideal for relaxing. Close to the S-Bahn towards Hamburg. Even Travemünde can be reached in a short time. We would love to come back.
