What a great experience! Waking up on the water is unlike anything I have done before. The view of Sneekermeer from the deck is breathtaking, and the air conditioning was a blessing on warmer days. The house on the water is well-equipped and cozy - perfect for our family getaway.

A fantastic place to relax! The living room was spacious and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. I especially loved the rooftop terrace for birdwatching. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We also explored the nearby Water Gate, which was a nice local attraction. Would definitely return for a relaxing break.

Staying on the houseboat 'de Valreep' was an experience like no other! Waking up to the sound of water gently lapping against the sides was so peaceful. The view over Sneekermeer from the terrace was amazing, and I spent hours just watching the passing boats. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to cook while enjoying the view. The stay was very nice, just as I imagined... the furnishings matched my taste perfectly... I just would have wished for a bit more cleanliness for the high price... but we will still gladly book this houseboat again... maybe it will be a bit cheaper someday and then we could book more often...
