Description
A lovingly modernised and furnished 30 sqm studio apartment in loft style with a 4 m window front into the garden on the island of Usedom for up to two people with fireplace, garden, barbecue and Wi-Fi, not far from the beach, the Achterwasser and the Baltic seaside resorts of Zinnowitz and Trassenheide and nature. Extensive cultural, gastronomic and sporting offers as well as shopping can be reached in a few minutes by car or bicycle.
During the complete renovation, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. Only wood, metal and cotton were chosen for the furnishings. The seaweed carpets in the entrance and living areas and the allergy-free lime paint also ensure a healthy indoor climate. The garden house is practical and well laid out, it has a fully equipped kitchenette and no bathroom with shower, wall heater, washing machine and a small window.
A wide window front with dining area and view into the guests' own small garden is located in the living area, opposite the spacious kitchen area, whose window also offers a garden view. A small laptop work desk provides extra space if needed. The tiled floor is without underfloor heating and gives a hint that work was once done here.
In the rear, somewhat separate area of the quarters, the comfortable corner couch, which can also be used as a sofa bed (140x200), invites you to relax. The wood-burning fireplace, TV with Fire-Stick, wardrobe and a USB charging station complete the equipment.
Adjacent to the cottage you will find your small garden with pond, fireplace and a table with garden chairs.
Firewood can be purchased at the nearby hardware store if needed. In contrast to the wood shown in the pictures, it is already stored dry and ready to be fired.

Location and surroundings of object
The summer house is located in the north of the island of Usedom, in Mölschow, district Bannemin. The neighbouring Baltic seaside resorts of Zinnowitz and Trassenheide, the beach and the sea are only a few minutes away by car or bicycle, and the Baltic seaside resorts of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are easy to reach by train (UBB), bicycle or car. In the immediate vicinity you will find a ceramics and a wood workshop, garden cafés on the Achterwasser, restaurants, a bicycle rental and the Bannemin-Mölschow and Trassenheide railway stations.
Bannemin (Bannemin-Mölschow) can be easily reached by car or via the nearest railway stations "Bannemin-Mölschow" (1.5 km) and Trassenheide (2.3 km), where you can rent bicycles, or the bus stop in the village, where regular and also some long-distance buses stop. In front of the garden house, the bicycle path runs parallel to the main road. There are beautiful hiking and cycling paths in all directions.
In the immediate vicinity is the main house, which is also rented and occupied.

nice little holiday flat
This holiday flat in a village setting may not be close to the beach, but it has a beautiful, well-equipped room that plays with its village romance. The garden invites you to have breakfast outside and is also ready for barbecues. The flat itself stayed at a pleasant 21° even at 32° outside, which is great for warm days. The hostess welcomed us very friendly and was available for questions and problems next door
All in all, we had a lovely holiday in these four walls. :)
