In Denia, the gateway to the Costa Blanca, Villa Pitó is located in the district Marquesa 6 with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. We offer a detached house with about 140sqm living area and a plot size of 800sqm, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 1 shower room, separate kitchen, living room-dining area with sea views. An electric rolling gate gives you access to 2 covered car parking spaces directly in front of the house. From there you reach the covered house entrance via 8 steps. A hallway with large closet opens to the right to the spacious living and dining area and separate kitchen. To the left 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The light-flooded living and dining area is equipped with a comfortable sitting area, a modern TV set with German SAT-TV, a fireplace and a large dining table for 6 people. 3 large doors lead to the pool terrace in front with sea view.
The kitchen offers you every comfort. Ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. All bedrooms with extra large built-in wardrobes, all with double bed 180 x 200 cm with split mattresses. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV set with German SAT TV. A very spacious bathroom with ground level shower, bathtub, toilet, double sink, a smaller bathroom with toilet, ground level shower and sink. Through the living-dining area you access the pool terrace with a pool of 5 x 10 m, water depth 1.40m - 1.80m, and wonderful sea views. In front of the living area a covered terrace with table and chairs. Adjacent to the pool terrace a terrace with Mediterranean plants. From there access to a separate sanitary house for the outdoor area with huge shower and a separate toilet. Quasi behind the house another spacious terrace with barbecue corner, seating and a gazebo with a glazed front.

In 4 km distance you will find the first shopping facilities, a Mas y Mas supermarket. More supermarkets in the city area of Denia. In 3 km distance is the district "la Pedrera". There are 2 small bars, a tennis club, a small grocery store, a tobacco store, German doctor and a pharmacy. Denia has a modern district hospital, also you will find other German doctors and specialists.

Super holiday home
We had the pleasure of spending two weeks in this beautiful holiday home.
From the first second we felt well looked after and welcome. After a few days, Maximilan came by again to give us tips for excursions and to make sure everything was OK. We were also able to contact someone at any time and they even organised a trip to the cave for us. The pool is brilliant and the outdoor pool is perfect if you just want a quick shower.
We had wonderful, cosy barbecues on the back terrace. Everything is abundantly available and you notice the attention to detail!
We would definitely come back if we were drawn to Dénia again.
