Description
Our modern furnished holiday home has a total area of approx. 65 m2 on two floors.
On the ground floor, it has a living-dining area with integrated fitted kitchen, a bathroom with barrier-free shower, WC and a small hallway.
In the living room, a corner couch with sleep function, a smart TV and a radio invite you to relax. A dining table for 4 people completes the whole
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment.
From the living room you can reach the south-facing terrace of approx. 20 m2 via a large balcony door. From here you have an unobstructed view of the park-like grounds and the surrounding forest and can relax at the end of an eventful day
On the upper floor there is a living room with a sofa bed (140x200) for two people, a Smart TV, DVD player, radio and the bedroom with a double bed (160x200), 2 single mattresses (80x200) and a linen cupboard. WLAN is free of charge.
From the living room you can enjoy the evening sun on the balcony.
The house has electric heating, which can be used on cooler days.
There are two parking spaces for cars in front of the house.
In the rear part of the property, four bicycles, a charcoal grill, a parasol, sun loungers and patio furniture for 4 people are available for you in our small garden shed
The garden area is completely fenced in.
Towels and bed linen cannot be provided and must be brought along.
Arrival from 15.00 o'clock, departure until 10.00 o'clock
Arrival and departure is preferably on Sundays (or by arrangement).
In the high season, the house can only be rented by the week. Long-term renters receive a € 70.00 discount from the second week onwards
Outside the main season, a minimum stay of 4 days is required.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets on request.
Not suitable for wheelchair and barrier-free holidays (stairs).

Location and surroundings of object
The harbour town of Sassnitz is located on the Jasmund peninsula in the north-east of Germany's largest and sunniest island, the island of Rügen.
Our beautiful and comfortably furnished holiday home is located in the quietly situated Seepark Staphel, a small residential and holiday home complex between Sassnitz and the Baltic seaside resort of Binz, nestled in natural wooded surroundings.
If you would like to spend your holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the large Baltic resorts, in a quiet but central location, then you have come to the right place.
After approx. 400 m you reach the natural beach of the Baltic Sea, which turns into a fine sandy beach in the direction of Prora/Binz.
A snack bar is about 200 m away, gastronomy and a daily open bakery are within a few minutes walking distance.
Numerous sights, such as the town harbour of Sassnitz with the longest outer pier in Europe, the attractive old town with numerous restaurants, shops and cafes, the Jasmund National Park with its extensive beech forests and the chalk coast with the famous Königsstuhl, boat trips from Sassnitz to the chalk coast or the Baltic Sea resorts, the Jasmundtherme with swimming pool and sauna area in Neddesitz, the tree top walk near Prora, Cape Arkona with its lighthouses, the Schaabe, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island between Glowe and Juliusruh, the famous flintstone fields, the legendary Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek, Karl's adventure village and amusement park in Zirkow, the Gingst amusement park, the island toboggan run and climbing forest in Bergen, the Dinosaur Land Rügen in Glowe, the ferry port of Mukran, sightseeing flights by helicopter in the Helicopter Centre Mukran, the beach promenade and the seaside resort architecture in Binz, Sellin and Göhren are only a few kilometres away and can be reached quickly by car or bicycle.
A trip to the maritime museum and the Ozeaneum in Stralsund is also recommended.
There is something for everyone here, walks on the beach, swimming, fishing, sailing, cycling, horse riding, boat trips or museum visits.

How to get there:
Coming from the A20, take the Stralsund/Rügen exit, follow the B96 over the new Rügendamm bridge in the direction of Sassnitz. Approx. 3 km after the village of Lietzow, turn right at the traffic lights towards Neu Mukran
After a further 3 km, turn right at the traffic lights towards Binz.
In one km turn right in the direction of Staphel (after turning left there is a snack bar) Follow the flagstone path for approx. 300 m and then turn left into the Staphel housing estate. In 100 m you have reached your destination

October vacation in the holiday home Helene
We were at the holiday home Helene for 1 week and felt very comfortable. Everything you need was there. The location is super quiet, no car noise. Bakery Peters just around the corner, great location you can look directly at the Baltic Sea while having breakfast. Many excursions nearby, simply great. We will definitely come back. Thanks to the Zaremba family.

Very cozy chalet
The house "Helene" is located in a hidden settlement in the forest "behind" Neu-Mukran, among other houses that are partly inhabited all year round, partly only in the season. I recommend taking the path past the hotel with luggage and without a car only during rain-free times, otherwise it is a nice shortcut.
The house has everything you need, is clean and well-equipped; the fact that the owners allow the use of bicycles is a nice bonus! The beds upstairs (as far as used) are in very good condition, I could sleep peacefully. The two TVs (!) are modern and smart, the DVD collection is impressive (there should already be more than 200 films in the folders).
No one can control the weather, but the house was waterproof and warm. I would gladly stay again!

Stay at the Helene holiday home
Our vacation at the holiday home Helene exceeded all our expectations. The equipment of the house and the associated property leave nothing to be desired. Everything is very lovingly designed. A beautiful, inviting, friendly, bright house. Here you feel at home from the first moment. It's only a few minutes' walk to the Baltic Sea. The location is a good starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea resorts.
The owner of the house was always available whenever we had a question.
We can highly recommend this house and we will definitely come back. This vacation was a beautiful experience all around.

Holiday home Helene in Sassnitz
We really liked the holiday home "Helene" in Neu Mukran. Especially the quiet location and the proximity to the natural beach are great. The house itself is perfectly equipped and has a beautiful garden. For dog owners, there are nice walking trails in the nearby forest. In addition, the island of Rügen is always worth a visit. So we will definitely come back with our Landseer "Bonny". Many thanks to the nice landlord.
