The holiday home is located in a holiday home park in the North Hessian Mountains on the lake side. From here it is only about 600 m. to the bathing beach.
The very well-maintained and tastefully furnished holiday home with 3 bedrooms offers sufficient sleeping accommodation for families. An air-conditioning split unit heats the house in winter and cools it in summer.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with various accessories that convey a stylish cosiness, so that you immediately feel at home when you enter the house.
On the ground floor is the entrance with vestibule and cloakroom as well as the spacious living room with fireplace. From there, you can access a beautiful gallery with kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and a bedroom with double bed.
On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 separate beds. Furthermore, a large balcony invites you to relax on the upper floor and a beautiful terrace below on the ground floor. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have their own balcony access (south). From here you can enjoy the view over the entire holiday park.
The shower room is timelessly bright.
The recreational area Seepark Kirchheim invites you to relax as well as to enjoy exciting water skiing at the existing facility there.
The water-skiing facility comprises a 700-metre orbital track. Up to 16 skiers can be pulled across the water at the same time. The speed is steplessly controllable from 20 - 64 km/h and can thus be adapted to beginners or experts. The pros can try their hand at slalom skiing or on the ski jump.
The lake has good water quality. Enjoy the lake during a leisurely walk!
Numerous hiking trails start directly in the complex. A hikers' car park has been newly designated as a starting point for interesting hiking tours.
A golf course is approx. 4 km away.

In winter, the Bad Hersfeld adventure pool (approx. 18 km away) with slide, brine pool, sauna world and children's pool is at your disposal.
Skiing holidaymakers will find two alpine slopes with lifts 15 km away on the Eisenberg (636 m.) the highest mountain in the Knüll Mountains. The Eisenberg offers wonderful winter fun with cross-country skiing tracks and a toboggan run. All around, the Eisenberg is an ideal hiking area.

Bad Hersfeld, which welcomes its visitors with a great half-timbered old town and numerous spa, cultural and leisure facilities, is one of the absolutely recommendable excursions. The abbey ruins are considered the largest Romanesque basilica north of the Alps and are now the largest Romanesque church ruins in the world. (approx. 18 km)
Baroque town of Fulda - castles, churches, aristocratic palaces, parks and gardens dating from the 18th century form the central and compact district of the town, which gave rise to the name Baroque town of Fulda. The medieval old town and the modern city centre, which invites you to stroll, shop and linger, are only a few steps away from the Baroque Quarter. Modern museums for young and old complete the offer. (approx. 40 km.)
Kassel (approx. 60 km) is the cultural and economic centre of northern Hesse. The more than 1000 year old metropolis impresses with its contrasts and superlatives.
