Rent a house in Noordwijk aan Zee.
The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all conveniences. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.
A holiday home in a top location. Ideal for a family with children. Recently completely renovated inside, beautifully and tastefully decorated and looks well-kept, clean and tidy. A lovely and quiet house to relax and fully equipped with all conveniences. Kitchen with boiler, ceramic hob, 3/4 refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle. Luxury dining chairs, spacious and comfortable castle sofa, and beautiful deep armchairs. There is also a smart LED television, internet via cable and wifi. South-facing balcony with sunbed and two chairs.
The entrance is shared with the apartment below where the owner resides and is therefore shared.
There is a large parking lot 25 meters from the house and also a parking garage. There is sufficient parking available in the area but PLEASE NOTE! Everywhere in Noordwijk Zee it is paid parking. The cost for this is 20,_ per day, and this will be added. There is also the possibility to park the car a 5-minute walk from the house and here you can park for free.

This lovely apartment in a prime location, situated right in the heart of the center and less than 200 meters from the beach. Directly next to the shopping street and supermarket. Restaurants, bars, and terraces around the corner.
The house is comfortably furnished and is an ideal family home for four people. With an indoor south-facing balcony, where you can fully enjoy the sun or a drink. Additional parking costs are about 20 euros per day. There is so much to do here: cycling and walking routes, wellness and swimming pools. Also various indoor and outdoor sports and activities, including surfing, kiting, tennis, golf, and much more. All within walking distance, so a car is not necessary. This holiday home is an excellent base for a varied holiday on the Dutch coast.

Absolutely recommended
We can absolutely recommend Roy's house.
Everything is clean and well-equipped. Our little dog was also welcome.
Roy is a super friendly host who cares a lot about making sure you feel comfortable in his house. You can always reach him, and he has many tips for activities and good restaurants.
The location is great; everything is within walking distance.
We felt very comfortable, and if we ever go to Noordwijk again, we would always book with Roy.

Everything is great!!!
Roy is a very nice landlord and the communication, from booking to departure, could not have been better! He really values that his guests feel comfortable! The apartment, or rather the little house, is clean and well-maintained, and you feel welcome and very comfortable there! The location is central, and you can reach shops and the beach in just a few minutes on foot. However, the dog beach is a bit further away (about a 20-minute walk), but we were aware of that in advance. We, 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a dog, were there for a short vacation (2 nights) and if we go to Noordwijk again, we will definitely inquire with Roy again :-) Bodo and Carola

Great accommodation with an ideal location?
We had a great stay in Noordwijk! Very central, everything is within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, beach, bus… Roy was very nice, always responded directly and helped! What was perfect and very valuable is the private parking right behind the house. Thanks again for that! ? We can recommend the accommodation.

Well booked!
For more than 15 years now, we have been traveling to Noordwijk aan Zee to admire the flower parade and the Keukenhof, and we have different accommodations depending on the number of travelers, which we usually book only in March. We were very satisfied with the accommodation! A nice, bright, open kitchen/living area on the first floor with a toilet and a bright sleeping area (a larger and a smaller room) with a bathroom on the second floor. The location is very central. Main shopping street with many shops and a supermarket is around the corner (50 meters). The beach with the promenade is about 150 - 200 meters away! We were 3 adults and 1 child aged 11 and felt very comfortable. The steep stairs (very common in Holland) did not bother us!
