Summer vacation
Our summer vacation 2025 via Useedom.de was a complete success. The holiday home on Usedom exceeded our expectations in every respect. The furnishings were high-quality, modern, and very cozy at the same time – you can immediately tell that great importance is placed on quality and comfort here. We were particularly impressed by the quiet location and the proximity to the beach, which allowed for a perfect combination of relaxation and activities. The cleanliness and organization on site were exemplary. We felt welcome from the very first moment and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation!

The house has a thatched roof, its own plot of land, and is rented out privately. Therefore, it is in top condition. It is located directly behind the dune. Perfect.

Traum-Ferienhaus
This week was the most beautiful vacation week in many years. Very quiet location, right by the sea, and in terms of furnishings, everything was top-notch. Unfortunately, as is often the case in any vacation apartment/house, the frying pans were completely scratched - but this is the fault of the tenants. One should behave as one would wish others to behave.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Hervorzuheben ist die saubere Umgebung und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand (3 min zu Fuß).
free time activities: Mit dem Auto und mit der Bahn sehr viele interessante Möglichkeiten bezüglich Besichtigungen Museen, mit dem Fahrrad super Radtouren - schöne Strandspaziergänge !
shopping facilities: Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Supermarkt zu erreichen - da gibts alles, was das Herz begehrt. Mit dem Auto kann man einen speziellen Getränkehandel erreichen(ca. 4 min) und direkt am Strand gibts die "Seekiste", dort kann man früh frische Brötchen und Zeitungen kaufen - und auch mittags eine Kleinigkeit essen - zu Fuß kann man Restaurants erreichen, wo man wirklich gut und preiswert essen kann. Am Hafen gibt es dann noch einen Fischladen, wo man täglich frischen Fisch kaufen kann - also wirklich super, alles da !
