The beautiful and well-maintained holiday villa Casa Golf is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and is located in the well-known golf resort La Sella between Pedreguer and Denia. The charming house offers a dreamlike view of the golf course and the surrounding mountains.
The holiday home consists of 2 floors which are connected by an internal staircase, but can also be accessed by a separate entrance. The upper main floor consists of a spacious living/dining area and an open kitchen with all modern appliances. Furthermore, there is a cosy bedroom suite with adjoining bathroom and toilet. In front of the living area is the covered terrace with the magnificent view. It is a pleasure to spend hours there watching the golfers and enjoying the surrounding nature.
On the lower floor there is another bedroom, and behind it, through a doorway, a separate flat with bedroom and bathroom, which is also accessible from outside. Behind it is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. This holiday villa is cosy, modern and equipped with all amenities. The well-maintained outdoor area can be used all year round. A private pool and the perfectly equipped summer kitchen invite you to enjoy summer outdoor life. There is a dining area for 6 people and various seating furniture. An ideal holiday home for all families and friends looking for relaxation.
